This is specifically a review for the CVS Minute Clinic at this location. I drove from out past Milwaukee to take a Rapid Test at this location that was required for work. Due to absolutely terrible weather, I knew I was running late 1.5 hours beforehand, so I called the location to inform them and to see whether I could reschedule. This was substantially out of the way for me, so it would have been wonderful to at least know whether they could see me prior to the appointment. The phone system is absolutely appalling - it transferred me across 5 departments, and I already knew not to select any of the COVID options as that transfers you to a completely different call center and the transfer back simply means this location will put you on 20+ minute hold before disconnecting. After navigating through the options and asking to speak to a representative, then dialing 0, it left me with an automated message to check the website. Mind you, I had to do all of this while driving in a torrential downpour. Finally, I arrived 10 minutes late and they, of course, wouldn't see me. I ended up having to frantically locate another location and couldn't find a time within the next 6 hours within 50 miles. While I completely understand it's my fault for arriving late, I could have at least spoken to a human being and saved myself the headache.

We have been coming here now probably for 15 years since they opened. The staff is extremely helpful. Sure it's like any other CVS from stock standpoint but the staff really cares. The store manager Mark is always there and working hard. The pharmacists are always very willing to answer questions, help out with prescriptions etc. The minute clinic staff are very accommodating. And by and large you can almost always get a parking spot.

There's 1 guy who is terrible and rude. Always insulting us cause we "need to learn how to use the self check in" beefing with 13 yr olds this whole town hates this store don't go here. Bozo

They have been improving. Mark the manager is trying hard to make this store better. I have been to other stores and this is certainly not the worst.

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for 3 years for my elderly father. They are awful. Refuse to answer their phone. Never a manager there. Find it impossible to call a doctor to get a prescription and if they do, they screw it up. Stick with W

I have already reported the pharmacist to IDFPR, but wanted to post something to warn other members of the public to check their medications upon receipt and to use another pharmacy if possible. I was given the wrong medication for my pet. I spoke with the pharmacy (as did my veterinarian's office) and we were given no sufficient explanation as to why the pharmacist filled the wrong medication. Either it was a simple error or the pharmacist knowingly gave a different medication because the prescribed medication was not in stock (mind you, these are not interchangeable genetics but different medications.) My vet's office confirmed that the medication dispensed to me by the pharmacy would have been harmful to my pet and that it was lucky that I caught the one-letter difference between the prescribed medication and the medication that was dispensed. These are medications that are also prescribed for humans. Please be careful here, and double check!

I completely agree with Ken K's review below. This pharmacy - which is trapped in the 80s - is terrible. The staff are extremely unprofessional. The pharmacist(s) have an apathetic attitude, and the pharmacy technicians are just outright rude. The technician who attempted to serve me was wearing an earpiece, so she was either on her cell or listening to music. She then begrudgingly walks over to me and says nothing. No "hello" no "how can I help you" not even "what's your name". She just stands there in silence and looks at me with a "who the hell are you and what do you want" attitude. Well guess what, I'm the guy - who happens to be a pharmacist - who is giving you the crappy review you deserve. DON'T USE THIS PHARMACY. There are plenty of others in the area!

The pharmacy department doesn't even deserve a "1" star. Waiting on hold for 8 minutes, then 6 minutes, then another 6 minutes is not good customer service. They showed me thru their actions that they no longer wanted my business. I have switched to Walgreens. They spend so much money trying to acquire new customers maybe they should try to keep their existing business. Next you will hear a rumor that this store is closing.

They are the nicest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They tell you when manufacturers have coupons for your medicine, and are always friendly and helpful. Lindsay, one of the pharmacists, even called my insurance company when there was a mix up with a refill!

This store just looks dirty and disorganized. Have they changed the carpet since it was a Woolworths over 15-years ago? I'm not sure. Seasonal shelves are usually disheveled. I know all CVS are not like this so it must be the management here. If I'm in the plaza for pizza at Sauced or have enjoyed a meal at Chiefs and need something quick, I'll stop here.
