Odin and I stopped in on our way home from the Lake Forest dog park and we had a wonderful experience! He got so much love from the lady who helped us (I am so sorry I don't remember her name). She gave him free treats and I was able to let him pick out a few things to bring home! She was also very knowledgeable about the dog food and was able to give me suggestions! We will be back 100%. I have been a loyal customer to Chewy because they have had such great customer service, but I received amazing customer service from a local company and that is good enough for me!

My visit with Clementine to PetPeople/Hollywood Feed was as they always are--amazing! Jesus and Jaunita could not be kinder and more welcoming to me and Clemmie. Treats, love, sitting on the floor with her, a take home toothbrush, great product suggestions--all the things that make it Clementine's favorite store. Every time I tell Clemmie we're going to "The Dog Store" she nearly pulls my shoulder out of my socket, she gets so excited. Jesus had a great suggestion regarding a kong treat that I had already been giving to her, how to make it better. Support this store however you can! Great people who love our four-legged friends like we do.

Fantastic experience. Matt was super helpful with getting the right food for my pups, who have tons of allergies. He also carried my heavy bag of food to my car, in some pretty questionable weather. I'm so happy we found this store, even though it's almost an hour away. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendliest, most attentive sales associates! Always eager to help and go above and beyond. The store is clean, organized, and well stocked. I pretty much shop exclusively at this store for my pets’ needs.

I love this place, they have the best staff and dog food selection. I live in Libertyville and make a special trip to Pet People just to get good products and a nice bath for my pup.

I like going to Hollywood Feed because the store is very organized and there is always someone there to help you if you need assistance. I also observed they have better quality foods which is better for our pets. Thry also have a good assortmet of good food to choose from. I love Hollywood Feed store in Lake Forest, Illinois.
