The worst place I have ever ordered from. The man at the counter made racist slurs and epithets at me when I asked him how much longer it would take given he was already 30 minutes past the promised pick up time. I walked out enraged at his laziness, rudeness arrogance and stupidity. The owner franchisee needs to know why this place has been getting consistently rotten reviews- it’s this particular employee.

We have tried several menu items from the Lake Forest location. Terrible is the word that comes to mind. The owners are snappy and could care less about their employees or their food.There are so many other choices for pizza on the North Shore.

Just terrible customer service. After being a regular customer, we received a loyalty coupon from them and they did nothing but hassle me about me. Told me it was from "corporate" even though the email was from from "Rosati's Pizza of Lake Forest". After I had to read the entire coupon to the order taker, the owner has the nerve to call me back again questioning the coupon. You have lost a regular customer with your attitude.

Some co-workers ordered a pizza from this location. I tried it and it was just as bad as the pizza from the former Waukegan location. I would never spend my money at this or any Rosati's.

I have seen some reviews of this place with pizza that looks like it's sliding around, or mashed up. However, I think some of this might be the divers execution or provider. (That being grub hub, etc)The pizza has been consistent, sandwich's, salads, and over all experience here. The place and employees are way better then some of the reviews are giving them for credit here.

Incompetent to say the least. Order pizza then go to pickup and says not ready need a half hour. Go back in half hour and they said cause I left that I didn’t want the order so they cancelled it. It seems like every customer that came in had the same issue. If this is a franchise store they need to get rid of this guy otherwise I’m changing my opinion of Rosati’s

Really looked forward to some authentic Chicago deep dish and instead I got a sorry excuse for a pizza. Gave 3 stars because the flavor was there and great. But as you can see in the picture, compare that to what their deep dish is supposed to look like....the staff is slacking. This deep dish I got doesn't hold its shape, isn't firm. The way the crust is you'd think it's a stuff crust pizza, but it's not. I lived in the area for 5yrs and come back annually for work events. So much has changed in the year or two.

It’s not the teenagers working here’s fault that this place is consistently a disaster (why am I even ordering anymore?). Pay a fair wage so you can hire enough people to properly staff this place, you could be doing so much better.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats. Didn’t get the complete order and the food they did deliver was cold. Uber Eats said contact the restaurant. The restaurant said the manager wasn’t in and I’d have to wait for someone to call me back on their end. I don’t want to pay 120 dollars for cold and missing food and a run around to get my money back for an awful experience. If between the restaurant and Uber Eats you all screw something up right it with the customer first then play the blame game between yourselves after the fact. All you’ve done is ensured I won’t have order from the restaurant or Uber again

I placed a catering order and I have to say Linda and her team did a phenomenal job. The food was delivered on time. Everything was warm and the drinks were ice cold. Highly recommend this rosati’s location. thank you for attending us so well Linda!
