Went to this salon twice.. once for the keratin treatment when they just wanted to finish the job, they didn’t let my hair marinate for long enough which led to poor results. Especially the guy in the salon, he has no professionalism nor he cares for the client’s satisfaction. All he want is a huge tip. Don’t mind paying the tip but at least do the job well. Second time when I took my daughter for hair cut, they did an average haircut, charged $60, this kind of haircut would have been done at other places for no more than $25. Although the lady with short hair was kind and willing to do her job, this man was pushing her to hurry. I would never go to them.. after all this they had the audacity to force TIP.. WORST experience!!

Walked in and got seated immediately, showed the guy what I wanted and he did exactly what I asked for. He's great with scissors and he kept my layers in mid length straight/wavyish hair. $40 plus tip for a men's haircut is expensive but you in Lake Forest

It's ok. Appearance wise it looks better than they perform. Main stylist gets grumpy when i asked for his input and didn't say anything (Language barrier I guess), gave me very inconsistent cuts and my last one was the one that did it. Had a late haircut and acted as if he was in a rush to take care of another lady, kept looking outside the window while cutting. Negative Facial expression when asked for a fix on hair. Just all around uncomfy experience. Asked for a gel and didn't guide me to it. Expensive for a haircut $40. Not worth it.

The store has a modern design and equipment and Eddie is amazing! Been coming for two years and will continue to do so!

Certainly, it’s advisable to inquire about prices before services, as the male owner appears untrustworthy, and there was an unexpected increase of 20 in the hair dyeing cost.

The absolute worst haircut and color job. It amazes me that someone who owns a salon can do such a terrible job at something they should do exceptionally well! He basically butchered the hair like Edward scissor hands and unable to color correctly. He clearly does not know how to cut thick, wavy hair. And he was trying to cut 3 people's hair at the same time?? I've never heard of a salon that will not satisfy an unsatisfied customer. Save your money go somewhere else! Unbelievable!

Spacious and modern salon for men and women. Impromptu stopped by when visiting the plaza. The wash, trim, and blow dry took about 40 minutes. The saloon was very clean and staff welcoming. The result was fantastic - the trim was super even and no hairspray or other products used during blow drying. Very happy with the results. Will be back.

I have undercut I’m still growing. Eddy did not fuss about my undercut and still executed the style I asked for.Eddy “thinned” my hair and I must say, this is the best discovery for me because my hair is very very heavy type of hair. This is also why I have had undercut in the past. I really appreciate that Eddy offered to “thin” my hair. (Thank you!!!)Eddy will carefully go through layers of my hair and snip stands of hair under the style Eddy already created.I felt very light and happy! I can do pony tail anytime I want without having a headache!I would definitely recommend this place for anyone :)

I’ve been coming here ever since I was a little girl. I swear by this place and I really recommend you go! Everyone here is so kind and welcoming and Eddie, the hairstylist, is incredible at what he does. Whenever I show him a picture of what I want done he recreates it perfectly. Most recently I asked for a hush cut with dramatic layers and curtain bangs and I got so many compliments on my hair. The products they use here are great and I especially recommend SJ Studio if you have Asian hair. ❤️❤️❤️Service: Haircut

I spent over 500 dollars and I got a hair which looks no difference with my original one. This place is the worst salon I have ever come and the worst service I have ever received. Never come again and never recommend to anyone I know.Services: Perm

Never come to have your hair colored. They told me that finally I would have an ash brown, but finally I got a black. Seriously? No one can tell the difference between the new one and my original hair. They charged me over 500 dollars and finally I got nothing. If you are stupid enough like me, please come.
