The staff at this location is always very helpful and are procedurally focused. The are knowledgeable and efficient. The line always moves so the wait is not long.

Had one of the BEST customer service experiences yesterday at the Lake Forest Post Office from Henry! Please try to hire more nice & helpful people in the future! Five Star's for Henry!!

Henry is the best! He is courteous, so friendly, and helped me with an immediate solution to an address issue I had on some packaging. I’m fairly new to LF and it’s heartening to know the post office here has such wonderful employees like Henry that really care about excellent customer service!
