We needed insurance repair work done to the right rear panel and sliding passenger door after our car was struck by another in an accident.
The other car owner’s insurance was paying for the repairs.
Once the car was dropped off they created an estimate quickly.
The repairs were done within a couple of weeks.
Angelo (manager) and Jordan (lead repair consultant) really impressed me with a few things.
I mentioned out loud a few times to the wife how great the car now looked after being in Angelo & Jordan’s care. It shined like it just came off the showroom floor!
The area that was damaged before now looked flawless. You would never have known it had been in an accident.
There were areas around the car before that had paint transfer dings from other car doors over time hitting it and those had been all buffed out like they had never occurred. They didn’t have to do that. It was not from the accident. It was from carelessness on our own part over the years we owned the car. This was a huge big deal that they buffed out these paint transfers.
They detailed and cleaned and organized the inside of the car like we were some royal dignitaries or a Senator. They didn’t just vacuumed the floors. It’s like they did a thorough detail job. Impressive! Charging cords rolled up nicely, belongings stored nearly away.
And to top it all off as a courtesy, ( as if what they had done already wasn’t enough) they dropped the car off at our house in our driveway because we had a hard time getting off work in time to come and pick it up except on some future Saturday. Seriously? They dropped off the car at our house to make it convenient for us. Who gives that kind of service these days??

We are so grateful that they of all possible repair shops were the ones who fixed our cat and put our lives back to normal. Thank you so very much.

I recently brought my car into the Lake in the Hills Crash Champions and received excellent service and communication throughout the process. Angelo and his team helped me to refresh the paint and fix some of the body panels on my muscle car to ensure there were no major rust issues after it sat stored for an extended period of time. I appreciated their attention to detail and expert opinions on the best options to achieve my goals. Highly recommend them for any sort of body work and repairs you may need!

I recently had body work done on my vehicle at Crash Champions in Lake in the Hills from hitting a deer (new front bumper, grill, headlight, misc.parts). From the very start they were very professional and got me in their schedule very quickly. Throughout the entire process, I received updates of what was going on and my car was finished when they originally told me it would be. Upon pickup, work completed was great! Quality work and without any hesitation would definitely work with them again! Angelo and staff were all very helpful.

If you’re looking for a shop that is honest, communicates and updates you on repairs and delivers fast friendly service this is NOT the shop for you. Started the auto body repair process with them on 9/4/24 and was finally able to pick up my vehicle today. 6 weeks exactly. The invoice from today states the repairs took 6 days. Would not recommend Crash Champions in LITH to anyone.

Crash Champions repaired my mom's car after she was sideswiped in a parking lot, and the two store managers were helpful from start to finish. After receiving some confusing texts from their corporate office that suggested the car would be ready earlier than expected, Steve and Angelo went the extra mile to help get the car to my mom when I was unable to do so. The car looks great and she was very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend the LITH store.

When I showed the front desk staff the issues with their paint job, such as paint popping, paint runs, overspray, dirt trapped underneath the paint, and broken pieces covered up, his response was shocking.
"Typically, no one looks over our work.”
If you are considering going to this place, I strongly suggest you avoid it.
The insurance company is paying another shop to redo the entire job because of the issues this shop caused. Their finished product was terrible! After three attempts, they still couldn’t get it right!
