Ordered some hardware for a current project. Spent $354. Received product that brass color was a strange color. Called to ask if I could swap with another set due to the color was not as described. Nope. Not happening. Return for credit and reorder. I bet they love that. After restocking fee and $21 shipping fee deducted I walked away with $243. Like I said im sure they want everybody to return and reorder. How about-NO. Send a bad product handle it with a little bit of customer service. Instead im wasting my time writing this review. I hope it saves you before you hit-order!! Stay clear of scams like this. Plenty of hardware companies out there.

This place is a joke. Went to a job interview a little over a month ago and halfway through they said they can’t hire anyone at the moment. Why waste my time with an interview if you can’t hire me. They also said they’ll hang onto my application and once a position opens up that I’ll be the first one they call for the position because the job interview went so well. Throughout these past few weeks I’ve been messaging the manager there (Andrew) to see if they have any sort of timeframe come to find out he got a new number. I called the store today and talked to him to find out they’ve already hired someone for the position they were going to give me. THIS PLACE WILL GO DOWN THE DRAIN REALLY SOON CONSIDERING HOW TERRIBLY ANDREW RUNS THE PLACE.
