Since this agent/agency has taken over my (previous) account with Farmer's Insurance, there has been nothing but price increases and mishandled policy changes.I don't know if I can fault this agency for the price increases, that may be a Farmer's insurance policy of disrespecting long term customers. (This was my insurance company for 36 years until recently.)They are certainly responsible for mishandling policy changes including adding my children to our automobile insurance. They somehow managed to drop my oldest driver (without any notification), luckily away at college.When questioned about it, after calling my spouse a liar, she suggested a meeting.At this point, I was just wondering, are my children covered? After forcing a follow-up conversation, they "fixed" my policy and then I was notified that my rates were doubling from an already high amount (that I assumed over the years was partly due to adding young drivers to my policy.)My cancellation requests were met with icy indifference.So, my recommendation is for anyone reading this, give State Farm a try. Their premium was far less than that of the final premium that Catarina decided was an appropriate amount to present to a 36 year long customer.*******(I am adding an edit to this review based on their reply.)*******While the reply from this agency was of no help to me (I have cancelled my homeowner's and automobile insurance policies), I think they made one thing clear in my opinion.For anyone out there considering Farmer's Insurance; even if you find an agent at Farmer's Insurance that will competently and honestly handle your account, you will be paying a much higher rate than other very reputable insurance agencies.

Just signed up for a pet insurance policy for my cat and Caterina was extremely helpful in letting me know what would be the best coverage that fits my needs. She is the best insurance agent you could work with by far. Do yourself a favor and work with her for your insurance needs.

Just purchased a new auto and homeowner's bundled policies with Caterina and the process was simple and straightforward! I'm very happy with the pricing provided by Farmer's and Caterina made the entire setup extremely easy. Excellent quality and service so far!

We have been with Caterina for several years now. When we left the country for a sabbatical a few years ago, Caterina proactively made sure that all our policies were cancelled and pro-rated refunds were in our account before we left. So when we returned we immediately called Caterina for a quote on homeowner's and auto insurance. Not only did she give a competitive quote but actually spent time with us explaining the specific details of each policy. This kind of service is unique and valuable. I really enjoy working with Caterina for the very personalised service I get from her team.I highly recommend calling Caterina and her team for any of your insurance needs. I am confident you will find them better or at least comparable to other vendors in the area.

We've been fortunate to not having had to file a claim with Farmers, but I am entirely pleased with Catarina's responses to our needs and inquiries.She is prompt and professional. We feel she offers experienced, well informed service without any pressure, something we've experienced with other insurers. As to Farmers in general, we did a fair amount of research before selecting them and feel confident we chose well.

I cannot be happier with Caterina. She was our agent in Chicago for 4 years. She helped with our renters insurance and an insurance for an engagement ring. Even after we left Chicago she continued to help us get set up with our new Agent in Denver. She is wonderful!
