Foster Counseling

Hours: Providing individual and couples counseling services including in-depth therapy to adolescents and adults. Areas of specialty and expertise include shame, anxiety, worry, panic, specific phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, intrusive thoughts, relationships, couples, marriage, addiction, substance, loss and grief, life transitions, LGBTQ+ issues, and perinatal mental health (including adjustment to parenthood, postpartum depression, anxiety and OCD, and perinatal loss).
