“My daughter has gone here since she was 6 months old and we truly love it. They have amazing activities and lessons planned for the kids. Ms Samantha is an amazing teacher and if my daughter missed that days lesson, she makes sure she does it the next time she is in and doesn’t let anyone fall behind. Highly recommended!!”

“While we were of course nervous as new parents leaving our 7 month old daughter for the first time, the staff at Learning Tree Algonquin are incredibly caring and attentive and our worries quickly disappeared. Our daughter loves coming to daycare each day, and we're so glad we are a part of the Learning Tree family. We are also very grateful that they were able to accommodate us for part time daycare (3 days/week) while other centers would have required we find another family on our own to cover the other 2 days.

All 3 of our children attended. We loved it so much we re-enrolled our youngest as well. Now, as he transitions to closer to home for Preschool, we're leaving with grateful hearts. It's bittersweet to say goodbye, but we are so thankful for the care, love and learning all 3 children received over the years. The teachers, staff and administration are incredible, nurturing, dedicated and truly invested in every childs growth and happiness. The Learning Tree has been a second home to our family, and we will always carry warm memories of our time there. Thank you for everything!”

“My son has been attending Thunderbird since the beginning of this school year and we have been so happy with not only the school, but seeing our son so happy to go somewhere just makes my heart glad as a mom. Mrs. Avachat and Mrs. Pletcher are truly amazing and have such a heart for their students. They are so patient and kind. They’ve worked with my son to help write his name and also learn to manage those big emotions 4 year olds have and get him ready for kindergarten. I love the communication from the classroom and the school as well. We get summary sheets each day and then plenty of communication from the school about events, etc. if I ever have a question or concern, they respond to emails so quickly or they will even call me directly to follow-up almost immediately. I love the remind app too.

Mrs. Koch and Mrs. Young have done an amazing job keeping the school so organized and they are so sweet with the kids. We are new to the area and I only learned about Thunderbird when I bumped into a mom at the park and we started talking and she mentioned it’s the best around and her kids and also her husband went there. I’m so glad I met her because that is what prompted me to reach out to Thunderbird and I’m just so glad I did. I have two younger boys who will hopefully be students as well when the time comes. I cannot recommend this school enough. If you are looking for a preschool, you found it!”

“I could go on and on about how much I love Kindercare in Huntley. My daughter had to start daycare at 12 weeks old which gave me a lot of anxiety as a first time mom. The infant room teachers (Ms Erin & Ms Lisa & Ms Erica) are the best- they send me updates, photos, and videos of my daughter all day and are so supportive and sweet. The director, Becca, went out of her way to help me when I was enrolling my daughter and always has a big smile on her face. Every staff member I have met has been incredibly kind. They made the difficult transition of going to going back to work a lot easier on me because I know my daughter is in good hands and cared about everyday.”

“We absolutely LOVE First Church Preschool. The teachers are so kind, loving and nurturing. Our daughter has learned so much and made so many friends. “We have been part of KinderCare since my children were in Pre-K/Kindergarten, including during the challenging COVID period. During that time, we were given an opportunity to be part of the KinderCare family when others might not have been able to accommodate us due to medical diagnoses—and that meant everything to us.

We are still currently clients, and now my oldest will be graduating from the school-age program due to age, which makes this moment very bittersweet for our family.

The level of communication, the essential training their staff receives, and their willingness to go above and beyond have truly made a difference for us. “Rakow Center is one of two centers associated with the Dundee Township Park District, the other being Randall Oaks. One of the many things I love about DTPD is that with my membership, I have use of both fitness centers as well as group exercise classes that I frequent. DTPD offers a variety of programs for all ages. During the summer months, they offer free concerts at one of the parks. I've been a member for over 25 years. My first experience was with Circle of Friends, the after school care for my child, which is perfect for working parents. Through the years since then, DTPD has continued to offer a variety of programs and classes that have kept me motivated on my fitness journey. The facilities are clean, and the staff members are friendly.”
