I was there back in january and slipped on some ice. it is now been two months and I have not been contacted by the owners. I left my information and every time I called mysteriously he's never there. The handicap entrance which I have to use was covered with ice. I was told by the man during duty. They were told they are not allowed to salt the driveways or walk ways. If I could give negative stars I would but this is the only way I can post something

Pumps always acting up and the employees can barely have a conversation when you try to ask for help. 4 keeps spilling gas and 5 and 6 not pumping at all.

This has happened multiple of times I go to get gas and press pay inside and they keep denying it finally I asked why do you keep denying it they keep saying something about hand shake and waves his hand I'm like huh he said you pre pay or wave your hand I'm like then out of respect why don't you put stickers on your gas pumps pre pay instead of denying me while I'm standing in the freezing cold figuring out why you keep denying he said no pre pay you wave your hand makes no freaking sense at all, I'm just irritated and fed up with this place I'm going else were. So heads up so your not wasting your time just go inside and prepay or they will make you stand in the cold until you come in.

No changing tables in bathrooms. For being a gas station that is rather large and has a wide variety to not have a changing table is inexcusable.

Station looks almost brand new to the neighborhood. Gas galleys were clean and tidy. Easy access from road with in and out service. It also has a convenience store. It’s directly next to The Grove Car Wash.With the Shell discount rewards card I got 5 cents off per gallon. For plus grade which is in-between regular and premium, I paid $4.22/gl !

My family stopped at this gas station. Took the grandchild to the restroom, the ladies room door was locked. after a considerable wait, one of the male attendies came out, hands dripping with water, toilet seat was up and pee all over the floor. This was about 2 in the afternoon on 9/3/2023. Nasty place.

It used to be fun here to play slot machines NOW I feel robbed when I play. 2000 spent without a win higher then 100 and low free games or spins given. Extremely tight slots !!! It’s not exciting any more kind of boring now.

Card readers at pumps rarely work. Guys are rude and I saw one of them peeing in the slop sink in the back.

I have had the highest monthly car wash package for some time. Today I was in the middle of a wash and everything broke down. I was stuck and no one was telling me what was wrong, or how long I'd be stuck. I had to call police to come help. I ended up stuck for 20 minutes and when I spoke with management they recused to compensate me. I won't go back.

Staff is very rude. Pumps consistently get stuck and leave you paying an extra $5 for gas that you didn’t want. Car wash doesn’t clean very well and leaves your car soaking wet. Don’t get fooled by their “free vacuums either”. Save yourself the headache and don’t come to this gas station. The staff couldn’t make this a worse experience for their customers.
