Incredible 5th birthday party for my daughter! From the very beginning of walking in with boxes and bags to set up it was like magic. The staff immediately set everything up. Every detail was taken care of quicker than I expected. Working with Megan the Birthday Manager was a breeze. She was helpful throughout the entire party, made sure we took a group picture and that all activities were on time. Everyone had a blast and my daughter truly felt special. The staff were wonderful and attentive. All the guests were impressed with the obstacle course too. Truly an amazing time was had. Thank you!

We hosted my son's birthday party here, and I can't speak highly enough of how well it went! The staff was super friendly and helpful - they immediately jumped in and helped us decorate, and they wrangled the kids in and kept them on schedule! Cannot recommend this place enough!!

Observed my six year old great grandson. Appalled at the condition of the equipment (vinyl peeling off where not held with duct tape), and how FILTHY it was.

They did a fantastic job posting our son's birthday. We plan on going again next year and trying to be Nerf gun fight.

I went to find out about classes for my daughter. The office manager was rude and quite rude. I had to wait for him to feel like serving me because he didn't even look at me during the 10 or more minutes I was waiting, I was literally ignored. And when he did, it was in a horrible plan. I don't smile even once. She didn't offer me plans, she didn't show me around, she wasn't empathetic at all and she didn't show even a sign that she liked children. In the middle of the failed interview, a lady came to find out, she looked at her badly and told her “I'm serving someone else” so she couldn't even say hello? Really, and that was the office manager? Tremendous. This place was a big disappointment. Cancel the payment immediately and I will not take my girl where she will be treated like a nuisance. Maybe not everyone is like that, but she is the visible person in the place and it is very sad.

My girls love this place. We have done classes here as well as the summer camps. They always make new friends and have such a great time. I would recommend this to others who want their children to burn off energy and meet new people.

Great for birthday celebrations. Manager is fully hands on helping with set up, serving, clean up and tear down. Hosted second celebration two years in a row!

I did competitive gymnastics here as a kid and now I have my young son here and he loves it. Such awesome coaches! Really a great place.

Zero stars. My daughter fell off a long trampoline into a space between a cement wall and possibly hit her head. She cried for hours and had a possible head injury but showed no signs of concussion or had injury so the ER didn't recommend an xray since she didn't say her head hurt or she hit her head. Called Trinity to explain what happened. They told me they'd fix that area to make it more safe and rearrange the whole gym. We went back a year later and they had not changed that area. Still a huge gap between a long trampoline and a cement wall. We will never go back again. I've told other gym owners this story and they are shocked and said that there should have been protection from the cement wall.

Called on 3 days, left 3 messages to obtain more information and have not received a return call, though the website indicates that it's not a busy time. Very disappointing!

We went for a birthday party and it was a great time! The staff was very friendly and kept the kids entertained!

Uneven instruction. Didn't involve all students. Not expecting a lot of individual attention in a large group class but my child shouldn't be ignored.
