We have rented from the Lake in the HIlls/Algonquin U-Haul many times. We always find they have a vehicle that suits our needs and are always friendly and efficient.

Great customer service, although they can get busy with several customers all at the same time. Trailers are great. Open trailers are corrugated, and the closed trailers have flat bottoms. All heavy duty. Amazing range of truck options too.

Online reservation app was easy to use. Check in and return process was handled with ease by friendly staff. Rented cargo van that was in excellent condition and drove wonderfully. Only issue was that cage that separated passenger cabin from the storage area rattled annoyingly. Would definitely rent from U-hall at this location again.

Facility is extremely well-kept, clean and quite impressive. Staff is helpful and positive. Vehicle also very clean. I've only needed to rent twice and both times my experience was excellent.

it was easy and did not take a lot of time. The truck drove and rode comfortably. However When i went to pay the tolls i had accumulated on the trip i met with having to download a app. that too 60 minutes. Of the whole experience this was the worst part.

I was at this U-Haul for two days, went to sign up and the next day to return the truck. The first day, I was there two hours waiting for their computer to work. In those two days, only one person was helpful. The myriad of people who worked there those two days were basically rude, and unhelpful. This includes the manager. If you want to U-Haul, go to the Huntley store. A friend of mine said they were much more helpful, efficient, and much friendlier.
