“I received a full interior detailing at the end of September this year. I was so worried because I have cloth seats and chipotle spilled in the passenger seat and chicken both had spilled on the floor. Both things caused staying and smells. The detailers did such a great job and were so efficient! Great service and the owner is friendly and professional!”

I had reached out last week about a deep interior clean for my car, and the owner was extremely responsive and was able to get me in that following week.
Pricing is extremely reasonable, especially for the work that they put in! I’m embarrassed to admit how bad my car had gotten - but it was bad.. I picked it up today and I couldn’t believe that it looked BRAND NEW. There was no grain of sand, crumb of goldfish or dog hair left behind. I had moved my son’s car seat to the trunk so it was out of their way, and they even went out of their way to clean his car seat for me.
Definitely would recommend them ☺️”
“Good place to wash your car. The best part about this place is that the vacuum is top notch picks up everything. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that they don't have a place to wash your car mats. Other than that great employees and nice place”

“The Kwik charger is a real plus! We were able to stop and charge our Chevy Bolt. The charge is very speedy. We were able to swipe our credit card to pay. No need for an app. We stopped for a restroom break and to get some treats. In that amount of time we were able to get enough charge to continue our trip with enough battery power. I wish every Kwik Trip had this service. We need this service throughout the country.”

“Thanks for getting my car back to me in a short amount of time. I stayed in the waiting area while the Denali XL was being worked on. Also appreciate you being flexible with getting the truck done on Monday 11/17 rather than the following day. Don't know how there was a mix-up but Alex accommodated me by saying he could get me in, no problem.
Also, Sal worked on the vehicle and was so proud of his work! He encouraged me to test the finish by sliding my hand along the paint, smooth, nice, right? Hahaha! Yes, Sal, it was done right!
Anyhoo, also appreciate the wash before the wax and the cleaning inside the vehicle, seats and mats wiped. I didn't have time for a more detailed interior clean but maybe next time as the vehicle is still somewhat new. Just thanks for running the November wax special, it's worth the time and application to keep the season's inevitable corrosive salt spray away from your vehicle's paint job!”

“The Shell soft touch Wash Service resolved my issue. The wash is not owned by the Shell, but by a separate company. They compensated me for scratches that I believe occurred when I heard a clicking noise going through the reciprocating washer in June (vertical scratch marks every 2 feet along the top of my passenger side doors). The fastest path to resolution is to ask Billy (the Wash Manager) to give you the 1-800 number and leave a message. RESOLVED”

“About 10 minutes of using for 10$ pay. Nice you can use coins, cash or card. But coins only for vacuum ☝️
Instructions are helpful cause it was my first time self-washing.
There is a soap brush. But works not so perfect. I also use a rug (brought with me) to wash better.”

“Started coming here for my washes regularly starting at the beginning of this year. They seem to do a pretty good job vacuuming, washing, drying and wiping the windows inside & out at this venue.
Not that I ever really had a bad job done at any full-service wash in the past but decided to make Park Place my go-to place once a month for a quality wash. Been to a few other competitor carwashes including Car Spa in Libertyville, Dream Clean in Mundelein, Deluxe and Xtreme Car Wash in Wkgn but this is my favorite.
I live in Beach Park and for over 20 years I went to a carwash in Waukegan off of Lewis shortly north of Glen Flora but they were terrible going by there opening hours on Google most days and not surprising they permanently closed earlier this year.
This place isn't all that far from my house and for the work they do here, the prices seem reasonable. Just like other full-service washes I've been to, they have your basic wash going upwards to the premium wash as well as detailing pkgs.
The wait may seem extreme at times but I typically try to go during mid-week and get here a few minutes before they open, lucky me I work 3rd shift. Hope for decades of boomin' business for the owner(s).”

“I had forgotten my wallet and was about to run out of gas. I did have a visa gift card on me but it kept getting declined. I called Visa and they were no help at all. I told the guy working inside I'd call my husband and he offered to give me money for gas to get home and said I could drive back to repay him after I got my wallet. That is AMAZING considering how untrusting the world is today. I did not take him up on the offer; made it to a gas station closer to our house where my husband met me with cash. What a nice man!! Restores my faith in mankind. Thank you sir, whatever your name is for your kindness.”
“Stopped in during a slightly warm day in January to wash off the salt and clean up the car. Thrilled to see that the automatic car wash was open when the temperature was only 38° outside. Bought the super plus ceramic wash. It was a decent price at $12. The other bonus is that it takes Apple Pay so I didn't have to get on my credit card or pay cash. The unit was in great working order. I appreciate an automatic car wash that has all the lights operational and this one did not disappoint. My car came out squeaky clean and looked great. The real bonus is the extended dry you get with the super plus ceramic wash. You get a very generous 50 second dry on your way out. There were also vacuum, cleaners available, but I did not use them this time around. A side bonus of this place as it is that it's right across the street from a dog in suds. Get a wash and get a dog after you're done!”
