Rude front desk girl. Last min canceled my van tried to screw me over with small car for 6 adults. Dishonest and disrespectful. Manager hiding in his cubicle great job….
Just got a car from another location of Enterprise, you can at least try to be nice to people it makes a big difference in everyone’s experience . Have planned vacation for months and you almost ruined it with your poor customer service and unprofessional personnel .

I wasn’t going to write a review for this location, but we got a call from I’m guessing the manager or someone higher up asking us why we left a poor review. I was writing a review for the location we originally set our rental up from, but they called the morning of to let us know that our car wasn’t available. The guy who called us claims that this location went above and beyond just because the car we were looking for happened to be available. However, the woman who helped us at this location was really nice. The guy who called us was claiming above and beyond service just because they had a car available. Do better enterprise. This location didn’t even honor our original price either.

We rented a car for a family roadtrip and it smelled like weed and when we tried to call to see if we could get a new one we had to call back 7 times in order for us to get to someone because they just kept putting us on hold for a long period of time. Then when we finally got through to someone they sounded like they did not care and then they said we could get a new car and told them we would be there in 20 minutes to pick it up and they said they would be there but when we got there before the 20 minutes they went on break. When they finally got back they give us a car that they just used for lunch break. And when i had to call to extend my rental i had to keep calling because they would just keep putting me on hold and i called as soon as they opened. I would not recommend going here

Great place, I will give 5 stars but answering the phone on their end has been a hassle. I live only few minutes away so not the biggest issue personally. They helped bring me all my paperwork in order, got me a car asap, stayed in my budget etc. Jose the store manager even assisted me with complimentary offers due to the issues I had. The driver who drove me back to my destination after dropping off the car was well mannered and cool guy. I would recommend

They're always quick and easy when it comes to renting a car from this location. Not even 5 minutes. It's why I like to come back to this location when I need a rental. The manager was great and I'm thankful for the customer service.

Horrible experience that I am still trying to resolve a month after returning car. We picked up car for our family trip and the car stunk of marijuana. Employees did not care at time of pick up or drop off. I’ve attempted to contact them multiple times but no one answers and requests go unanswered. Stay away.

Very nice and helpful employees. Went out of their way to make sure I was charged correctly. I had reserved my car through the website but was unable to say that I was renting it because my car was being repaired due to an accident. They fixed my reservation so that it was the cheaper insurance amount. They called to make sure I didn’t need to extend my reservation on the day I was suppose to take the car back.

HORRIBLE Place I made reservations for a truck called at 8AM that day tried to verify, sat on hold for 45 minutes then called corporate on another phone and they said they "don't pick up the phone" at this location?!?!? What!?!?!? So, I Ubered over and when I got their guy tells me "we don't have that truck" $100 later no truck, I even asked the guy to just get one set up and he never called me..... AVOID this place and Enterprise just HORRIBLE company and employees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
