Norm is one of the best mechanics I’ve encountered!! We were working from out of state had problems with our diesel truck and Norm did an amazing job at fixing our vehicle and we aren’t talking simple fixes. He skills at diagnosing all our problems was way above excellent. His attention to the details is superb. Norm is a true genius with skills to match.

Norm was amazing. I had a long and complicated process before I got to Norm and Scott. Norm walked me through what my Honda Pilot needed at each step and kept me in the loop the whole time explaining everything. Wonderful service. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

We traveled from Washington State to New York by rv and on our way back we had an unexpected breakdown. We were really embarrassed in a place where we didn't know anyone at all, but even if we called several places, there was no place to fix the motorhome, and finally, we found a shop of Norm(owner) and we couldn't fix it anywhere, Norm persistently found the cause and fixed our rv. We had to stay there for about a week for fix, but Norm was willing to lend us his van and let us be more comfortable. Thanks to him, we were able to go to the shopping mall or the park where we wanted to go, and we were able to spend a very hard week well. We were so lucky to meet Norm and Scott. He is an honest man who is really responsible and skilled. I fully recommend them. Thanks again, Norm & Scott!! :)

Norm (NRF) came highly recommend. I needed exhaust system work. My wife and I live in our RV. Norm got us in and did a great job fabricating tail pipe. Ford part was on back order and would have been 2 months to get. Norm did a great job. He is wonderful to work with and his prices are great. Nothing but praise to him and his team. I was so fortunate to find him when I did!I only have one box truck currently. I really needed it to be repaired after the snow storm. He was able to find everything that was wrong with my truck and repaired it in like 2 days. I checked with every single mechanic shop on the internet! He was the only one that got me back on the road! He removed every single light that was on in the dashboard
