Wow. How unprofessional! I decided to call the 2400 number to obtain a quote. A rather rude male answered the phone. I began explaining the purpose of my call. He cut me off and asked the purpose of my call. I explained that I was a prospective customer with a few questions to determine if this facility was the right fit for me. He cut me off again and stated: "you're going to have find the owners and do your research. I can't help you." What?? Lol. You best believe I won't be using this facility! If this is the way they treat their customers, I want nothing to do with a place like this.

Have used them off and on the last 25 years in different ways. Secure storage units except for the random mouse. I keep poison inside. Everything always fine.

I have a service dog and while movers took my belongings out of a 10' X 10' storage room, I was not allowed into the office with my service animal despite the fact it was 10 degrees outside. Instead I was told to "face my car into the sun and turn on the heat." Wow! How thoughful can you get? In addition, you can't use the office bathroom either. ;-)
