We worked with mr. Michael Miller to regrout, remove mold and recaulk two bathrooms. Michael was very helpful, took care of all details, helped with price, coordinated everything and professional. Prior to Michael, I got stood up by other contractors, wish I found him before, it would save me headache; he came all the way from far suburbs to Chicago city and got the job done. He also addressed stuff that we could not articulate, he knew what to do.

We just had the kitchen floor, entryway and two bathrooms done by The Grout Guys. Beautiful work! The tiles and grout look brand new and they lighten up the rooms. They were very professional and the whole process from the free estimate to the completion of the work went very smoothly.

They did a great job cleaning the grout, fixing any areas with missing grout, sealing, and caulking. The pricing was fair, they were on time, and work looks great. This is a great way to make a shower look new without having to regrout the entire thing. I would gladly use them again and it looks so much better than if I tried to do it myself.

Great work on tinting the grount on our older tile. Prompt response to a return request, since the shower grout cleaning wasn't as good as hoped.
