I mean what else can you say. Our mail carrier is horrendous. She never drops off packages she just puts notes in the mailbox to pick it up or reschedule. Then you get in your car drive over to this place and they say package isn’t here. What an absolute waste of time. This post office like many are a joke.

Worst Post office EVER..Last Straw with them.. Informed Delivery is no were the same that shows up in my mailbox Mail is all ways missing or Wrong Address...They never delivered my Driver's license...Worst Post Office..There Post Master is Clueless..

Very responsive when I call! Have had issues with some packages arriving from overseas and whenever I submit a request they call me and inform me. also my mail deliverer is Sam and she is lovely! super nice and always takes care to put my packages out of the rain :)

Post office claimed mail couldn’t be delivered to my home, saying it was “vacant” despite us checking for mail every few days. They will not answer their phone either. The line has been ringing for almost 16 minutes and I am still waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

Misplaces my mail often
3-23-24 3 pieces of mail addressed to neighbor was delivered to me. I had to go deliver it to my neighbor 3 blocks away.

The actual mail delivered vs informed delivery notification do not match. Important mail such as ID and ss card does not get delivered.

If you get your mail delivered everyday be very thankful.If you make a complaint of any kind, don't expect to get anything delivered.I get plenty of other peoples mail pretty regularly and put it in the outgoing mail slot, hoping that they might eventually get their mail.I signed up for Informed Delivery as soon as it was available so now, I at least I know what's missing.It's sickening that after I make a complaint, my mail isn't delivered at all.

Lady with an Indian accent was so rude I went to do a return and she wouldn’t print my label and I went back in and her excuse was it didn’t has a QR code and they don’t have those they only have bar codes and she was also rude to a guest in front of me she needs to be fired and needs to do her job right because I have gotten my label printed here before

Our mail has been getting later and later, to the point that it now doesn't get here until 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm. If we were the city of Chicago I could understand this, but we are a small town.As of 1/12/2024, this place has gotten worse. If I could give a negative I would. I was expecting a package that was our for delivery at 7:45am only to receive a notice at 8:08pm that it could not be delivered due to weather. Well that is surprising! I received my mail at 1pm. BUT YOU COULDN'T LEAVE THE PACKAGE. This place sucks as far as service.

Absolutely deplorable service.4 customers waiting over ten minutes and not one employee came out from the back although we could hear them chatting. Wasted my entire lunch driving here and didn’t even get to send the package. If any location needs a self service machine it’s this one. Do not recommend unless you have a half hour to burn

I get other peoples mail they get my mail have had tons of issues. Never do anything about it. Thanks. Since they don’t get it I’m gonna make an ongoing list for their union rep.10/12/2023- package said delivered and was delivered to the wrong residence. 2 days later they had to locate the package and re deliver it to me. Luckily the person she randomly gave it was honest10/30/2023- mistakenly delivered me my neighbors mail for his car to get a emissions test.
