I was stopping in to get some detergent and Melanie told me about a better deal with more quality. I started to have difficulties with my wifi and Melanie went up and beyond making sure I had what I needed.Thank you for your kindness boo. Something is awaiting your for the future.

I have repeatedly had to argue with this pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled. They never notify my in advance to get the prior authorization for my prescriptions. Worst of all, they even one time gave me the wrong prescription (the label in the package was the label for the prescription I actually needed). I try to be patient with pharmacy employees but it's hard when it seems like the people here are incapable of correctly doing their jobs (as supported by the rest of the negative reviews in this chain). I am a type 1 diabetic and these employees could've killed me or many others with their lack of abilities and overall customer care. VERY disappointing

Terrible customer service. The checkout ladies are less useful and slower than a self checkout. Continued their chat about nothing while customers are waiting to pay.

Had the WORST EXPERIENCE with one of the pharmacists at this location. If you want your day ruined come here. Otherwise go elsewhere. I don’t recommend at all. :)

Worst pharmacy of all time. They always get insurances mixed up and they give you the wrong medicine. These clowns also act like it is your fault or anyone else's fault when they always screw up. How is pantoprazole anywhere near an antidepressant? The insurance also did not approve it, so if I end up getting yelled at for having it, then they are paying the bill. These idiots could get someone killed, but do they give a damn? Nope! They should be shut down or have someone investigate them. This is why we need to do better background checks on our employees because if we just hire randomn people, stuff like this happens.

This (I hope) is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy in America, because I can’t imagine one being worse. Totally inept and mostly terrible staff. I’ve been to this pharmacy about 50 times in 2023. Don’t believe I have ever seen them locate the prescription in the first place they look. Today I called to check on prescriptions. They told me 1 was ready. I asked about the other and was told they didn’t receive it. They said to call my Dr. I told them I had a copy of the fax and both prescriptions were on it. They said I should bring in the copy. I suggested they look at their copy first. After looking at it they said it was there (duh). I could go on and on about other issues. 2024 will be at CVS. This place sucks.

If I could give a negative number I would - run don't walk away from this Walgreens! Customer service is terrible the worst I have seen in my 50 plus years of adult life. This is Saturday morning and I have been waiting since 3:00 PM Thursday yes Thursday to get four NEW prescriptions filled. At first they didn't have two, NEVER called me or my Doctor to tell either of us. I called Friday at 10:15 AM and was finally informed they were out of stock on two so I asked if I could get the two they had. Received a text saying all were on hold waiting doctors approval again these are new scripts that the doctor herself sent in on Thursday. Called the doctors office who called Walgreens to get it straightened out. I called again at 12:30 and after twenty minutes of being placed on hold five times I was told "we are working on them" you will let you know when ready. Called back at 3:30 was told "we made a mistake and are out of two of your scripts and can't split the order because it's medicare and we would need a new script from the doctor to do that". So I called my doctor and again explained everything and she called Walgreens to get it taken care of. I called back at 5:00 PM and after 26 minutes on hold that include people picking up the phone and placing me back on hold six times I finally was able to talk to a live body who said "all 4 scripts are ready however you want them delivered and it's too late now so we scheduled a pick up for tomorrow (Saturday). It's now noon on Saturday, spent a half hour with five picks and back on hold without talking to anyone. Finally got a live body who explained that "everything is ready to go" I asked why there are two credit card charges for delivery and was told they are sending two packages. When I asked why all she could say was "I don't know". As an FYI I don't walk, I have a caregiver but I can't be left alone so we rely on Walgreens delivery service. Their mail order pharmacy is great but the local one is terrible. Like I said in the beginning run away from this store don't use it.

The worst customer service with no accountability. I have to travel here to grab my father's prescriptions since he cannot drive anymore. I have never had a worse experience in my life. The phone rings and rings indefinitely and circles back around like someone picks it up and puts in back on hold. I tried to call the store separately from the pharmacy to get anyone on the line for a simple question but nobody ever answers. How can an important and professional establishment like this get away with such incredibly terrible behavior. Perhaps need new management.This is a business with serious responsibility to the public. And they do a terrible job. Pathetic.

Very friendly staff, plenty to shop for while waiting for a prescription to be filled. Pharmacy staff is patient and knowledgeable.
