Absolutely horrible experience. I had been here a few times now and just bought a Toro lawn mower straight off their rack (I didn’t even build it or them give me a box).
It has not even been 30 days and it already has broken. When I went in to ask for help, all they said was call the manufacturer and it isn’t their problem. If that was the only option, that was one thing but having employees be extremely rude about it after spending thousands with them was salt in the wound. Will never come back again

Local ownership of a smaller hardware store that can provide items the big box hardware stores don't have. The prices are sometimes competitive, but often slightly more for those found elsewhere. I enjoy having a choice over the big three.

Staff friendly and helpful. I operate a building downtown and this is my first choice when I need maintenance items. They don't carry Stihl but for most folks it doesn't matter.
