“At Enterprize, the car was delivered to the shop where it was being fixed and then I could just leave it there when the car was done and enterprise picked it up. When I first got the car, I asked if I could get a different one that had the warning signals in the Sideview mirrors, and they found one for me. Everyone was very nice.”
“So to start, buying a classic that is 85% to 99% complete is different than buying a classic you want to wrench on. Buying a complete car is something Volo does well. I bought my 67 Nova SS from them when I first started seeing it on their website. Excellent amount of videos and pictures helped me decide to go see it in person. I met Erik Haugaard and from the point of handshake to the very end he was excelllent. Very knowledgeable and guided me along the process with ease. I spent a bunch of time as a kid working on these cars with my dad and uncle, and talking to Erik really brought those memories back. I wanted a mostly finished car that the wife and daughter could jump in and take to get ice cream. Erik showed me the time and process they do to make sure the car I wanted was what I expected.
That being said, there is almost every type of car you would expect at a place like this. Something kept bringing me back to the Nova. Erik left me and my wife to inspect it and then take a walk around the entire museum. No pressure. No hassles. And we could've walked away at any time. Got the Nova.
That process is on an entirely great level. The company that works with them handles every aspect of the buying process and every step needed to buy, title, and register. They're wonderful people. Speaking of that Erik had mentioned insurance and has info and references for that too. We decided to pick up the Nova at Volo and they had everything ready for us. They do have delivery but it was 70⁰ outside, couldn't pass that up.
There are some perks to buying your dream car from them. A swag bag and a membership to the museum. Which by the way is so huge! I went as a kid and for whatever reason it now seems like a day long experience.
My dad passed away when I was in my 20s. I loved working with him on older cars and driving with him to car shows. I hope he would be proud of where I am in life now and I just want to thank everyone at Volo, especially Erik, to help bring this portion of my life to a full circle. Thank you and well done.”
“I've done business with ECS for years. George, the owner, is awesome: personable, professional and loves exotics! There are several things I love about ECS, among which are that they're flexible with mileage overages and, perhaps most importantly, their prices are among the best in the industry. I spend most of the year in LA. For what anyone charges for a one-day rental of a Lamborghini there, ECS charges slightly less for *three* days. I've driven two Lamborghinis and one Ferrari thanks to George and ECS. I recommend them highly.”

“I can’t say enough about the superior customer service Jorge provided during my reservation. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completed without any issues. The vehicle was also very clean and well-maintained.
Jorge went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through the features I would need during my trip. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle really stood out.

“Having just completed my third rental from this Palatine Hertz facility in the recent past, I can happily report all three experiences were nearly identical. All were professionally handled by a hard working staff, involved clean and reliable vehicles at or above the class I reserved, and cost SUBSTANTIALLY LESS than nearby competitors. I dealt with the same employee/representative who's swift no nonsense approach had me in, out, and one the road in RECORD time. Ive read other reviews written about this Hertz facility and likely this same representative. Bummer others could not enjoy the excellent rental I experienced. This location will absolutely be getting MY next car rental reservation!!”
