Ample parking and clean store. All-you-can-eat smoking needs available here and if you need special items, sometimes they can order for you if your a regular customer. They are always pleasant and professional. Earn points for future discounts. I won't go anywhere else. Sherry n Rich.

Won’t exchange for faulty product in less than 24 hours. They don’t care if you take your business else where. Better off at mysteries a block down. Way better vibe and product choices. Thanks for the response. My conversation went I bought this battery at this time yesterday, it was this color and I have transaction proof. The response was “we don’t do exchanges. I can maybe give you a discount on a new one.” So you want me to buy another broken one? I said well that’s kind of ridiculous maybe I should take my business elsewhere. The response was “ok” click, hung up on me. I understand you probably have people scamming you but I’ve spent hundreds here and have never had a problem. Didn’t feel like my request was ridiculous but your responses are.

Their products are faulty and they have their “no exchange or return policy” to hide behind to try to keep all the money they can. Never coming here again. I hit my cartridge once before the metal piece fell off and stopped hitting. Used to buy stuff weekly. Their not the only shop in town.
