Trip, the owner, is an outstanding professional—friendly, approachable, and genuinely attentive to customer needs. No project is too large or too small for him and his team, and they handle each job with care and efficiency. My order was completed exceptionally quickly, which exceeded my expectations.
Melissa, who manages the front desk and phone communication, is equally impressive. She provides excellent customer service, listens attentively, and communicates clearly and effectively.
For any glass or mirror needs, I would highly recommend this company. I will certainly continue to use their services in the future.

G&C is a pleasure to work with. Glad my paint company passed along their info as I would not have thought a lake zurich company would service my area (almost an hour away). My front door was actually taking in water when it rains so they were hired to fix that issue. Great customer service, knowledgeable, efficient and fairly priced.

My experiences with G&C Glass company have been outstanding.
In particular Melissa Washburn Administrative Assistant, is just a joy. She is unfailingly helpful, committed to the needs of the customer and has helped me solve so many issues - large and small - that come with scheduling and invoicing for work done.
Plus, Melissa has such a good spirit about her. I am sure she helps create community and a great place to work for herself and all her teammates.
