Changing room has no roof coverage and it’s within security camera view. Not sure if this is the norm but it made me super uncomfortable

LOL. Just dropped off 3 bags of household items. Not only did the young man receiving in the drive thru not speak a single word to me during the drop off, he heaved (tossed) the first bag into the bottom of his large blue bin and it crashed against the base. Can’t remember if that bag contained anything breakable, but if so, good luck!

Clothes are bland. No risk takers here. Rude employees and was charged an extra shirt that didn’t exist.

House of hope is across the street with clothing that is actually wearable and doesn’t smell terribly. I’ve bought a few basic t-shirts and had to throw them out after 5 washes because they still smell gross.

I found a nostalgic nerf bow and arrow, lacrosse sticks, a couple bikes, and several books my daughter wanted. Process are higher than a thrift store should be, but I enjoy walking through it.

Prices are crazy high.. better off going next door to Walmart. Such a shame this goodwill has been hike pricing for 1 year now. For example a USED school binder was $5.99... I thought this was goodwill I guess it's just a high priced thrift store.

Dirty, messy, reeks of heavy artificial fragrance. Can't buy clothes here because I can't get that horrible smell out of them.

Im still coming across shirts and pants with holes in them that I saw over 3 weeks ago. These clothes belong in the garbage that is how badly they are ruined. They should have never been placed out. And they are unbelievably overpriced. You can come across items that still have original retail sticker on them and goodwill is selling it for more. You'd think with all their profit they make they'd invest in some working shopping carts at this point but no. A lot of them belong in the trash as well.

I've been coming to this goodwill for years, and the staff have always been friendly and store fairly clean and tidy. In the last year, unbenounced to me, they updated the returns policy to no returns at all. I went in and picked up some already very overpriced nintendo Ds games. Now realize these employees do not test any of these electronics, and that's understandable given the volume of product they move they don't have the time. But when I spend $75 on one game for it not to work and the store offers zero returns or store credit policy, it's a slap in the face to a long-time customer. Idk what corporate is doing in the midwest area since other goodwill sectors allow for returns besides riding the coat tail of 2020 and crazy prices of everything, but this is unacceptable for any company.
