The Home Depot at Lake Zurich offers a wide variety of tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials, and gardening supplies for home improvement projects. Many customers report good experiences, with staff described as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and nice, offering expert advice. The store is noted for having products other locations might not, and the parking is close and secure. Services like online ordering for curbside pickup are efficient and speed up tasks, though some customers report long wait times and inconsistent service for curbside pickup and at the pro desk. The store offers a veteran discount. A caution is given to always check that liquid products like stripper and weed killer have not been opened and tampered with before purchase.
