I bought some Webkinz for store pickup over the phone. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind and helpful. I’m immensely grateful for the 2 per person rule. I was able to get one each for my daughter and I before scalpers were able to buy them all out. Thank you for accepting phone orders. I will be glad to do business with learning express in the future.

It’s the only toy store my 10-year-old loves to shop at. He can spend an hour exploring all the unique items. We often pick up gift cards too—they make perfect presents, and kids have so much fun choosing their own toys. They’ll even wrap the gift cards, which makes gifting extra easy.

It is wonderful, and rare, to have a neighborhood toy store, and Learning Express exceeds expectations. Their staff are professional and knowledgeable, and the complimentary gift wrapping is much appreciated.

This store is the best! All the best games and toys and crafts with so much that you'll never find anywhere else. You can't help but feel like a kid in this toy store. And the manager Jessica is delightful! She goes above and beyond and the woman has mad gift selection skills. You give her one sentence and she will find exactly what you need. Love her! And love this store. Plus, if you choose, they will wrap everything. For free. Enough said. All the stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Love coming here for JellyCats! Found this place when I was collecting cats vs pickles. Cute local toy shop with a friendly staff, expansive toy options and a welcoming environment. Can’t recommend enough. Follow them on their socials for news of upcoming and recently stocked items as well.

This is the BEST TOY STORE ON THE PLANET. The people are so friendly and welcoming. If you’re ever in need of a good gift and don’t want to flounder trying to find something at Walmart, come here instead. A big thanks to the Lake Zurich Learning Express, I’ll be back

It is my duty to leave a 5 star review here because the low Google review rating that I am seeing right now is not fair to this place. This a great spot to get a gift for any preschool and elementary school boys and girls, including the gift wrapping. Great selection of learning toys and crafts, new items coming out constantly, and very helpful and friend staff! What else can one ask for?
