EVERY TIME I go to this store they overcharge. The product on shelf says one thing and the price that rings up is higher alerts in their favor of course. This is misleading and not a good way to run a business. I want to shop here but o just can’t it’s not ethical. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOYR RECEIPTS.

They have mediocre produce You have to watch the dates because they don’t rotate. It’s the same thing with their milk products

Always have everything I need. I just wish they wouldn't rearrange things so often. That's annoying.

Took out their juice bar and the international aisles. Replaced the sushi bar with a Stan's donut. Obviously on trend ...

Please make sure you check the meat counter tag. I was charged for a Giardiniera Angus Beef Spicy Pub Burger when I really got 2 Giardiniera Brats. Price wasn't huge difference but something to look for while rushing through the holiday shopping.
Went back again today and they got the pricing right. Brats are delicious

It's like a slow death these locations everything is like missing a few details that used to be so tight. First of all the app is just out of control confusing I don't know if it's on purpose or what but I'm an IT guy for a big company and I actually design applications and it's cumbersome unnecessarily I can't imagine a baby boomer easily navigating this crazy app.
Too much information all over the place it's not obvious what mold you are in whether it be pick up or delivery or in store it is too focused on defaulting to delivery or pick up because obviously you Jack up the prices and that's what you want people to do I get it but you know you shouldn't always default to that you're just pissing people off.
If you see the picture of the cheese I took at both Palatine and this LZ location the digital coupon indicating $1.79 is no longer a "clippable" digital coupom... I spent 20 minutes in the store going through every different coupon I've done every filter yes I scanned the actual thing it comes up I don't know how many people are purchasing this cheese and getting screwed at the register of course the receipt is not obvious although I know how to read it so I think you just hope they just walk out and you made money thinking people are stupid. It's just not the way you used to be. And actually I wanted to buy that cheese at a $79 I was hoping it would still ring up because I've done it before in my phone but no. And it does not say one of those that you have to buy 5 before you get to discount no it does not say that what it says is you can buy up 25 of these in 1 transaction and get the sale price well how are you gonna even do that when it doesn't exist in the app as a coupon?
Please excuse my grammar I'm college-educated it's just that I'm using the voice prompt text to phone.
Are you in like a limbo stage where you're not sure if it's going to be approved the merger with jewel so we're just kind of like treading water or sinking?
I would say that's no way to operate a business riding with the brakes on like this there's a million examples I could give you just look at an employee's face and it says a 1000 words their spirit is broken they don't know what's going on and they are all pissed off about something each one has a different reason to be and the Palatine location the lady like leg should me about how people run out of there with carts and steal all the time I'm like lady that's been going on for years at grocery stores it's nothing new but she felt the need to tell a business owner all about this even though she knows nothing about me.
This LZ location I would say the employees run the store for the employees there's just no friendliness with customers you don't have to talk to me but like they're kind of of the mindset of they hate customers I can tell I know this stuff I studied business all my life I own a business and I read people this is very obvious because I've seen it the other way I saw it when they used to be proud of their job and make eye contact and actually help people now they just are miserable and really it's not their fault of course they are the face so we blame them but you know you people behind the scenes should get your act together figure out the merger or don't and personally I think it should not go through I think it's a monopoly and it's going to hurt the market with pricing but I'm sure you wanted to go through so I hope it does for you just do something please!
I'm starting to shop at woodman's more and more and I'm pretty close to just convert in full-time they're stealing a lot of customers from you and you'll right now you should get your act together before it's too land you've lost major market share.

Nearly every time I go to this store something scans incorrectly at the register. It’s become so normal to your store culture that the cashiers don’t even bother calling for the correct price and just go with what the customer says.
