Went to 2 mattress stores in LZ and bought from Steve. He recommended 3 options that matched my preference, no pressure sales tactic, nice, professional, informative. The other store in town has a sleazy, condescending, rude sales pig. Buy from Mattress Firm.

This was by far the best mattress buying experience I've ever had. Mr. Key was honest and knowledgable, and it was enjoyable talking with him throughout the process. I will be going back to the Lake Zurich Mattress Firm store every time I need a new mattress.
