The staff is incredibly nice and efficient. They let you know exactly what needs to be done, and I never felt pressured to add on a bunch of services aside from what I came in for. Highly recommend coming here!

Great location! Very clean, lots of plants and great selection of current magazines. This does not look like your typical auto repair place.
I stopped in on a very hot Saturday afternoon.
I needed air in my tires. Due to a recent Knee Surgery I was not able to do that on my own. I was fortunate enough that Joe was working at the counter. He offered to take care of that for me. And he did it with no charge.
Great customer service. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Midas for a number of years. I would not take our 2 cars anywhere else! Brian and his team are always honest, forthright and caring. Their work is always excellent regardless of what our cars' problems are. As I said, they are fair and honestI Without hesitation, I most definitely recommend them at their location on Rand Road in Lake Zurich!

I came in for breaks and oil change. Their rates are very reasonable. Wait time wasn’t as long. Thank you Bryan and Josh for outstanding work and great customer service. I will be returning again.
