Went to this location to have some place cards printed for an upcoming wedding. The woman printing and cutting the cards was rude and only cut half the cards along the printed template lines. Went back to have them reprinted and she insisted that they were done correctly the first time. Except that some of the cards were missing and I can clearly see the missed and crooked lines she didn't cut properly. Would have been easier to print them myself at home.

The lady on the copy department didn’t want to make a copy of my plat of survey with a really bad attitude I won’t never come back again because of that customer service. I was at the store 04/05/25 2:22pm

The team at this store are the absolute best. Every print job I send is completed perfectly. There have been a few times when my copy didn’t come over quite cleanly and the staff called to have me send over a new version. They always go out of their way to be helpful, ensuring every customer leaves with what they needed. Thank you!!

The lady in printing was so wonderful. She printed my baby shower invitations in record time. She had all the inserts printed and cut too. Had envelopes ready with order when I got there. She was the best!!!

I have been looking for stencils for a project at my property for weeks. I was at my wits end and was about to give up when I walked into Office Max and must have been looking defeteted when Baily walked up. He was personable. Made many suggestions and showed me ideas that might work. He went out of his way, above and beyond. He even gave me a discount and then told me it was his 4th day on the job. Wow Office Max is lucky to have him. I'd give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you Baily. Very professional

Bailey was super helpful with helping me find notebooks and erasers! He thought ahead like a good worker and had brought up some extra toner up to the front that morning, so the next time i came in later that day he had the toner i needed already at the front!!! It was like magic! He also helped me recycle two toner cartridges. And he mentions the select program!
