I love this place. The prices are great and the front desk staff always make me feel so welcome. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and have never had one item messed up or lost. I highly recommend this cleaners no matter what city you live/work in!Service: Laundry wash & fold

A friend recommended this place to me and I saw the reviews and was really conflicted - but trusting in my friend, I gave them a shot.I'm glad I did! I needed a uniform top altered for my daughter. They told me it'd be one week - I requested earlier and was told, "no guarantee" which is fair - I rather be told the truth than told I could have it and not get it back in time. But she did one better - I got it the day before I asked for it, and the alterations looked great.AND she was pleasant and smiled. I'll definitely go back if I need dry cleaning or alterations done!Service: Alterations

Dry clean my coat, duplicate charges twice, after second time called n was very rude gave me a speech. Never smile.

I called this place about repairing a cushion and asked how quickly they could turn around the job. The lady on the phone literally laughed “Quickly?? QUICKLY?” The question set her off. I have been going there for dry cleaning throughout the years and now I’m done. I called several other places that did not laugh at my question. Now I understand why they get bad reviews. They were convenient for me, but now I’ll just go down the way to A-1 who wanted the business and has GREAT reviews.

My family has gone here for 15+ years and never had a problem. My dad frequently has his dress shirts done and my mom has taken me here whenever I needed a dress hemmed for prom/ a college formal. Everyone is so nice! We're 100% loyal to this store.
