I went to this Shell station last Saturday, June 14 about 1130am to have my propane gas refilled, they have a refilling station. There was one lady with long hair working, she was the only employee working at that time.When I went inside the store there was just one customer standing on the side, and there was me. Then I said, hello I would like to have my propane refilled. She responded by saying I attend to one customer at a time. And I said okay. She got the keys and the guy who was standing on the side followed her, she was going to the refilling station, and I also followed. She refilled the 2 propanes of the guy. When she was done with him, I said, Ma’am I would like to have mine refilled as well. She responded and she sounded irritated, and said I only do one customer at a time. I followed her to get inside the store to pay for my propane so I could get a refill. When she knew I was following her, she turned and said, why are you following me? She asked me that in a rude manner without any customer service. I replied and said Yes I am following you because I want my propane refilled. When I was in the store, she said I have to attend to the 2 customers first. And then I said, I will wait. When they both were attended to, it was my turn. And this lady with long hair ( she appears a little heavy set) who was attending as cashier says, I have not inspected your propane. She refused to attend to me, even if there were no customers at that time.This time I felt irritated and mad and felt I did not have to deal with an employee who appears and sounds disgruntled. And I said to her, said Nevermind, I am leaving. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I left the store and vowed NEVER ever to come do business with this shell station. That shell employee is very toxic and has no modicum of manners. The management has to look into this and investigate. This employee is giving off such negative and toxic vibe, she makes you feel that she didn’t want to work. She needs to be sent to a customer service seminar, otherwise you will lose your customers. I went to Home Depot and I was attended to immediately, the cashier was accommodating and and had a great smile, I switched my propane in less than 3 minutes. I learned my lesson, NEVER EVER to come back to this Shell station. There is a better way to live. Thank you.

Do NOT whatsoever stop here! We are traveling the world and came upon this fuel station and had to use the bathroom. The older lady with the really long hair asked are you going to purchase something? We were like here's a $1! The whole station was decked out in AMERICAN flags!!! What is patriotic about not even doing a simple thing like letting someone use the bathroom? What has this world come to? SHAME ON YOU!!! Some may NOT have long to live, be KIND!!! Save your apologies it trickles down from above!!! DONT BRING YOUR MONEY HERE TO THIS PLACE!!!!

Older lady that works there is always very rude and verbally aggressive. Doesn't care that you're a loyal customer or not. Never going there again

The people at this service station where very friendly and funny. I would have given them 5 starts, but I hate pumping my own gas . :-/ ,-). Keep on keeping on! Best customer service I have received at a gas station in a very long time.

This Shell station is fabulous!! Donna and her staff could not be more friendly. The store has a great assortment of food items, liquor, etc. would highly recommend!!

Didn't want to be a danger to anyone on the road due to long work hours and needed a nap. I was looking forward to being a customer but only greeted with "This is private property we will call the cops." Not even a "Hello" or "What am I doing?". I wonder what made me a threat to them, my tan skin complexion?

9/18 2023. Around 4:50 pm. Stopped at this establishment to purchase a powerball ticket. Filled out the ticket and stood at that spot/lotto register for several minutes while the attendant (dark hair heavy set Caucasian woman possibly in her twenties with a grey WIU college sweatshirt that said leathernecks) attended to multiple other customers at a register at arms reach/adjacent to the lottery register. She looked over at me and then back at the other customers and continued to ring them up one after another, some who came into the store after I had already been at the lotto register a couple minutes. After waiting another few minutes or so I got into the line she was helping. When it came to me she turned to the lottery register where I was previously waiting and started helping a customer who came in after me. Now I'm the last customer in the store and she turns to me and says in a condescending tone, THE LOTTERY REGISTER IS OVER HERE, to which I politely responded, well can I just hand you the money and you hand me my ticket. She took my ticket scanned it and Again she replied, lottery register is over here, so I replied may I just have my filled out ticket please. I took my filled out ticket said thank you and told her she was very rude and left. Would rather patron another establishment. It is not difficult to see what was going on here.But I'm not writing this to be petty. Listen people, ignorance may be bliss but this is not how you treat people. Especially paying customers. I really hope someone in management or ownership looks into how (EACH) customer is treated by their employees. We are all in this together, Whether we like it or not. Leave that immature selfishness at home. This is a business! FIRST review I've ever written. That's how blatant and disrespectful the situation was to an observant adult. Touched a nerve. Someone else may have become very upset and disrespectful. Careful how you treat people. Anyhow been stopping here occasionally since before the guy hit the lotto here back in the day and never had an issue with the other employees. You be the judge.
