Wish you could give a no star rating. Show up to deliver a load to this place and as soon as I get there have to deal with one of the rudest employees I've ever dealt with just because you are having a bad day doesn't mean you need to take it out on other people if you dislike your job that much find a different one.

I love companies like Smalley. They care about you even if you're not a "big" customer with a huge account. Or, as in my case, I wasn't even a customer per se, and they still treated me like I was their most important.I am restoring a 1940s drill press and, in the process of disassembling it, I broke a very important retaining ring. And being a 70+ year old tool, there are no OEM parts available anymore. I thought I was in big trouble before calling Smalley to see if they had a replacement ring. Sam, one of their engineers, worked with me by phone, helped me collect all the important measurements, and then recommended the correct ring for me. But here's the thing: I only needed ONE! I was ready to pay their minimum order price but instead they just sent me a few for free. And via FedEx, no less. They made me very happy that day, as well as today when the rings arrived and fit perfectly.So thanks again, Sam and Smalley in general. I'm super impressed with this kind of amazing service!

Wonderful people at a awesome place. Smalley is a steel company that make steel rings for just about anything. They have manufactured machines for what there needs are to make products for their consumers. Now that is Amazing !!!!!!!!!!
