I got my brows waxed today and she completely ruined my eyebrows. She took off the like entire tail and left two chunks in my eyebrow missing on the bottom line so it's not even even. My eyebrows are too completely different shapes one has an arch and one doesn't. She also made it so that one eyebrow is raised higher than the other I don't even know how she was able to do that. Normally I go to Lucy who always does my eyebrows really well but somebody else did them today and that was My biggest mistake. Unless Lucy does ur brows do NOT go here for eyebrow wax.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! Had an awful experience here. The quality of the services I received could have been better but by far what drove me away from ever coming here again was feeling threatened by Lucy the owner by not leaving a big enough tip. I was not satisfied so I did not leave as much as a tip as I usually would but I felt so pressured into tipping more because she would not let me leave until I showed her that I tipped her more. Very rude and unprofessional!!! Little does she know we were tight on money and that’s all we had to give. I will not let this slide. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Drive very far just to get my nails done here. The quality is always really good, especially for the price. You do need to be a bit patient when it's busy as they do things out of order, but it's totally worth it!

awful experience. my nail tech did my nails completely incorrect and the design was absolutely horrible. i asked politely to redo my nails and got screamed at and made fun of the rest of the time. then lucy one of the nail techs, HITS ME. i left my house at 12:30 and didn’t get home until 3:30 because she also didn’t let me leave until i tipped her and i wasn’t going to leave her a penny after this awful experience. such a waste of money you will NEVER see me going back. i get my nails done every 3 weeks and never had an experience like this one.

Nails were too short, sloppy design, and when I asked for them to redo them since they didn’t give me the length I asked them for, Lucy refused. She repainted them instead, and when I went to pay, she belittled me and even hit me on my arm calling me a baby for not liking the nails. When I didn’t tip her for the awful service I received, she wouldn’t let me leave until I tipped her. Terrible nails and service, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place is overrated they can't even draw a single crescent moon very dissatisfied prices are to high for basic work Lucy has all these clients but she only knows how to lay acrylics and polish them also they charge you tip in price.I will only come back for a polish ifeven that because thats all they know how to do ...oh and I had to settle got some basic rhinestones cause they don't know any other designs it's 2022 get with the timesServices: Nail extensions

first time going there and they were very nice and kind! i even got offered chocolates at least twice. they did a great job and it was only 30 for my no chip manicure. totally going back!

Honestly worst service ever. They told me to come 10 minutes before. Which I did. They end up taking me 25 minutes later. Terrible service. Not sure how places like this stay in business.
