The very kind and friendly woman on the phone said to expect 30-45 minutes. Well, Don was there in 20 ? absolutely the shortest wait that I have ever had for tow, and sadly I can say that I've had more than my share, so, plenty of other experiences to compare to. “It's very hard these days to find a reputable auto repair shop that you can trust. Affordable / Midwest Cadillac repair is a shop you can trust. My experience is if you want your Northstar Cadillac repaired correctly then go see Joe. I've been going there for years, and not once have I not been satisfied with the repair. You bring your Northstar in for one repair, and Joe also knows where to look for other problem areas, and will tell you that these areas need attention too. If Joe wasn't around there would be a lot more Cadillac Northstars in the junk yard. Thanks Joe!”
