“I have a 2019 Jeep cherokee where the wheel lock was stripped and over tightened. I drove in off the street and the owner was willing to get in there and take a wheel lock off nobody was willing to touch. Then I got the bil and I was literally floored by the price. It was very cheap compared to what I was expecting. I will be bringing back mine with my fiances car for anything I can't do myself. Good old American auto shop.......”

They communicated directly with my insurance company, provided a free loaner car so I was never inconvenienced, and advocated for my repair to be restored to true factory standards. If it hadn’t been for Louie and his team, I would have unknowingly accepted about one-quarter of the compensation I was actually entitled to—and the value of my car would have taken a major hit.
When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely brand new—you would never know anything had happened. Their skill, integrity, and customer care are unmatched.

“I had joe at Midwest Cadillac repair the head gaskets on my 1998 Cadillac seville sls.This man knows his northstar engines.I drove mine back to north alabama(648 miles)and not one issue.Engine bay looks like the engine has never been removed.Joe does quality work ,fair prices,and i wouldn't hesitate to call on him again for Cadillac repair”
“Don to the rescue! When my car started freaking out, revving the engine, different lights coming on, and just not acting right, I pulled over and called D&R towing to come and get me, well, and, of course, the car too! ? The very kind and friendly woman on the phone said to expect 30-45 minutes. Well, Don was there in 20 ? absolutely the shortest wait that I have ever had for tow, and sadly I can say that I've had more than my share, so, plenty of other experiences to compare to. This one was great! Don was competent, professional, personable, and totally made my day better ? While he couldn't erase the car difficulties, he definitely put in effort to provide excellent care and service ? We had a delightful chat on the way to drop both me and my car off at the shop. D&R - Don is a keeper! Positively an asset to your organization! Highly Recommend ?”

Our car died over the weekend. We called Ivanhoe Auto first thing Monday morning. Their place seems really busy but Jordan was able to squeeze us in and went with his crew to bring the car back to the shop. The car was fixed within a few hours.”

“My 2014 Nissan Murano became completely disabled today in the Fox Lake Culver's Restaurant parking lot; with all my coolant leaking out into the ground, and white smoke coming out under the hood.
The restaurant manager saw I was in distress and called you guys for me. Liam promptly showed up and towed my car to the Nissan dealership. They had done coolant work on my car only 2 weeks ago!
Of note, I am a AAA+ member paying a high annual membership fee, and they could not get a tow truck to me for nearly 2 hours! I couldn't even talk to an actual person. I was in tears! Then Liam with your company came out in only 10 minutes!! I cannot say enough about how he and your company made a terrible day better. THANK YOU!!”
