Asurion in Lake Zurich has fixed numerous cell phones for my family.The staff is kind, knowledgeable and work is done very quickly! The prices are very reasonable too! We love it there and would go nowhere else to get our phones repaired! Thanks for your awesome service Asurion!

The agent who worked on my phone was helping with more than they had to do as their own responsibility in processing a “Verizon Mobile Protect MultiDevice” repair authorization claim for battery replacement without damage having happened to the phone. Don’t let Verizon reroute your to file a claim with Asurion on the phone claim website because then you will get inappropriately charged for replacement of the entire phone. When processing any claim, they can clean the phone at the same time for free currently. They disclosed the decrease in water resistance when opening the phone. When buying screen protectors outside of any insurance plan, for more than one device, they can mix and match if you need one each on several phones of different sizes.

Daughter’s phone got stepped on at a practice. Cracked screen. Grey vertical bars. Fading hues. She came home sobbing. We called Armando at the Lake Zurich Asurion/ubreakifix at 4:15, and he told us to bring it right in if we could—even though he was closing at 5:00. Armando was able to diagnose the problem and fix the phone in under 30 minutes, even staying past the 5:00 closing time to make sure we were all set. My daughter went from sobs to smiles as we left with a fully functioning phone again. Thanks to Armando’s ambassadorship on behalf of this company and for his expertise with soeddily fixing our phone.

The guy that helped us was very nice and he told us what to expect with the phones in the possibilities since it was locked out. This was my son’s phone and I told him he needed to be patient for it to come back on and be unlocked. It wasn’t easy for him, but he waited and waited and then finally came back on and is working just fine! He was really happy that he didn’t lose any of his stuff too!

After two displeasing visits with T-Mobile, I was given Asurion's information to have my phone looked at. I have a Z Flip 3 that is less than 2 years old that no longer will stay on if I close the phone. The 2 techs (Elijah & Allison) were super nice. Elijah gave me the 2 thoughts of what it could be and prices to repair. It ended up to be the more expensive fix and I decided not repair it. Allison and Elijah said it would be no charge. They spent an hour with my phone and charged me nothing for it. I do appreciate their help and their professionalism.

Elijah, one of the store reps needs to learn about customer service. I replaced my screen there through Asurion. After 3 hours I came back to pick it up and thru wanted me to sign the receipt without even checking the phone. After I asked to check my phone, I noticed an error message from Apple - “display -unknown part”. Elijah said he’ll need another couple hours to replace the screen again or I just take it as is. I don’t love next to the store and I couldn’t leave my phone again. Elijah didn’t give me a chance or any options. When I called a different store, a representative told Elijah wouldn’t need to replace the screen again, just to calibrate the screen again. Horrible experience. They also asking for a 5 star review just so you could spin a wheel of fortune to win some prizes.I’d like the owner of the store contact me please.

Alli is one of the best employees around. She’s so friendly and always has a positive attitude. She’s a hard worker and brings a lot to the table.she’s very ADA friendly and works well my autism and Tourette’s. She’s super patient and her fixing skills are above average.

Service was quick and didn't require an appointment. Technician explained process. Price for iPhone 13 Pro screen repair of $350 was higher than Best Buy and Apple certified repairs at $279. No offer of price match with "low price guarantee". Disappointing, Other than the price being non-competitive, it was great.

Technician Jessie helped insure all of my data was properly backed up. Part required for repair of my Samsung phone was available and repair was done in less than 4 hours with all data intact. It was the perfect outcome, thank you Jessie.

Purchase screen protector and convenience customer saying is life warranty and then lie about your not in the system is just trashed, especially annoyed how expensive it was like come on we in 2023!! how you have records that I fix my screen but not purchase just ridiculous. Straight fraud !!!!

My phone (that was only a year old) had a few minor cracks and the screen suddenly stopped working. It's been 3 weeks since they said they could fix it and keep making claims that they can do something to fix it (for free) and now they want me to pay $100. And if they don't fix it in the next few days they said they'll charge us $300 for keeping the broken phone. They aren't doing what they say they will. Borderline starting to seem like a scam to me. Don't go here.Edit: Darren (I think) was actually able to help. Multiple others seemed either clueless or like they wanted to purposely lead us on. Still very agitating what we've had to go through these past 3 weeks, but Darren seems to genuinely want to help.
