On April 20, 2025, at 8 a.m., I simply asked an employee about the services provided at this store. She started yelling and behaving rudely, while the manager just stood by and did nothing about it.

My visit on Saturday, April 5th, 2025, was very pleasant. All the staff are very friendly and polite and it seems like a great group of people working together. I saw some of their regular customers come in and the way they interacted with their regulars. I am not a regular customer at the Lake Zurich Walgreens but I was just as impressed. Even despite an issue with their check out machines, they improvised and checked people out at the pharmacy checkout instead! Good experience!

Google claims this location has a drive-thru for prescriptions, but it actually does not. Just a TINY alley to squeeze through behind the strip mall to find out for yourself lol. But regardless, a friendly pharmacist was able to give me the info I was looking for right away over the phone (which helped me to get it filled here within the same day - whereas everywhere else was out) & Once inside, the assistance was pretty quick so that's nice too - just wish they had a drive through, as I would possibly make this my go-to Walgreens.

THE NICEST, MOST CONSIDERATE, AND KIND pharmacist and employees working at the pharmacy. Especially Cory, who was so patient and took the time to help me out with my difficult prescription debacle. Long Grove CVS pharmacist was the most disrespectful human I’ve ever dealt with and to be welcomed and quite literally SAVED by the hardworking people at this location completely reassured me that there’s many good people in the world. Thank you Cory!!!

Sundip and staff did a wonderful job of making sure my prescription was covered by insurance and she promptly communicated with us that the prescription was ready for pick up. Keep up the good work!

Very friendly staff. Most of the pharmacy staff also no me by name or face. When it is a pharmacy person that doesn't work there regularly, or is new they are far less friendly.

Did a walk in to get my booster shot today for more than 6 months after my second, which was also a walk in, and both employees behind the glass said I needed an appointment. Since there was no one waiting, I asked when the next appointment was, and I was told, I needed to get one on the website. With no restriction on age for the booster anymore, I guess they want to choose who gets it.

So, I came to this location to get my covid booster shot. It's close to my house, which makes it convenient for me to visit whenever I need an appointment here. It is also simple to check in; they were on time for my appointment and there was no line to wait in. If you are uncomfortable being vaccinated in public or behind a curtain, they have closed booths available for you to use. However, in some instances, they have failed to have medication in stock despite the fact that the prescription was called in with notice that was far greater than the time required to obtain the medication. Also, one of the people I encountered while walking through the establishment did not wear a face mask, which makes me concerned for the health of those who will enter. There is still covid present, so people should remain vigilant and cautious at all times. I'm not sure if he's a staff or not, but they should still be wearing a facemask regardless.

Unreliable for prescriptions. Twice in past few months they have failed to have medication in stock even though prescription called in with notice far exceeding the lead time to acquire the medication.

Last time I ever went to this Walgreens. Waited 30 min for the pharmacy to try to get my prescription after they had it. Looks like they hired people yesterday without any training. I ended up walking out without getting my prescription.
