The guy in electronics that helped me was great! I called and he found the item I wanted, put it on hold, and price matched that online price. He was so friendly and helpful!

Typical Walmart. Pretty good compared to most others but there’s one glaring issue.
Half the card readers don’t work and I end up having to swipe my card every time I shop for groceries. It’s annoying and made me think my card was broken multiple times, when in fact it was not.

Last night I placed an order to be delivered this morning between 9:00 and 11:00. This morning I got a text saying it would be delivered at 9:33. 9:45 came around it still wasn't here so I picked up my phone to call the driver. As I did so it said my order was attempted but could not be delivered. So I called the store. The guy from the delivery department automatically knew my name and said he'd have the order sent back out. An hour later my order wasn't here. So I called back and spoke to the same guy. He said oh we're just waiting on a driver to come get it. And that he would put my frozen items back in a cooler. My items had already been out for about an hour with the stops the driver I to make before me and then back to the store so my frozen items which included me were defrosted by then I'm sure so I asked for a new items he assured me I got them. I finally received my order at like 11:50. Not only were my frozen items warm and boxes damaged, but my two Danish cake things I ordered were upside down in the bag and also smashed. Poor customer service poor delivery.

My folks that are in their mid 70's got denied to purchase 2 bottles of wine because they have an International driver's license. Their license is accepted almost all over the world as a formal ID since it has a picture and DOB on it, except for Walmart. They were told they need an American driver's license to purchase alcohol. Are seriously gonna believe that all the other migrants from India, China, Mexico and the others, all have an American driver's license? I don't think so. Discrimination at its best from Walmart. We are not done yet!
