Absolutely love this place! Danielle was very friendly and helpful on the phone. She even picked my car keys up from my house, so I didn’t have to walk over there in the cold. I even received friendly phone call updates that my car was retrieved and on the way to its destination. Very professional and went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

10 🌟 if I could. I was looking to move my parents car. The price quoted was the price on delivery. They asked all the right questions to make sure they brought the correct equipment/truck ect for the job. I didn't expect it done on the same day but within hours they were on it & called me halfway to update me (it was a far haul). Donny was not only friendly but I felt went above & beyond. He put the car exactly where we needed it. Everyone (Danielle) was so friendly & helpful. They made a very stressful situation into an easy fix. They will always be my go to & my recommendation!! Thank you After Hours Towing!!

My son got his car towed after recently moving into a new apartment. No sticker yet and $300 cash to get his car back. Plenty of other parking spaces too, so this company preys to make $. For a struggling kid working to just make a living, a warning ticket would have sufficed prior to going to these extreme measures. Cash only is suspicious and I will be reporting them to the IRS. Unacceptable business practices. And no, there isn’t a no parking sign where he parked. (Looks like this business defends bad reviews in form letters). Be prepared for an audit!

All I have to say is a not so pleasant situation was turned into a pleasant experience. I made the mistake of parking in the wrong place. Absolutely my fault. There were signs in several locations I just wasn’t paying attention. So unfortunately my car was towed. I was a bit upset in the moment but as soon as I got to after hours towing my whole experience was turned around by Danielle. She was so nice and understanding. I will be using this towing company for any tow needs and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much after hours for taking care of my vehicle.

Towed by After hours. Sign not at entrance of property as required by Lakemoor village code for towing signs. Sign was arranged in the opposite direction of the forest preserve so people would not see the sign. Cash only to make it even more difficult to get your car out and to avoid taxation. Nothing more than a predatory company. Follows the rules to line his pockets but not by the village ordinance of sign location. Property is also not marked private property and has been used by dozens of people in the neighborhood to enter the park for 10 years plus years.

This is a company that preys on people by not putting the signs in locations that are clearly marked, visible or at the entrance. My wife and I took a walk at a local Forest preserve where there's a parking area that everyone has been parking in for years. This is a company that'll wait for somebody to pull in a lot and then tow them immediately without them ever any the wiser because the sign is located out of view. We were only in the forest preserve approximately 30 minutes. Also they only accept cash so They can try to collect money without paying any taxes. When asked why the sign was not at the entrance in Plain view they tried to make up a story that people would run it over. This is just a scam because they could have put the sign to the side of the road At the entrance. $300 to tow it approximately three blocks and have the truck for less than 30 minutes. This left us to walk miles back home with our dog. Just another opportunistic towing company with beyond shady ethics.

The owners are absolutely AMAZING! I have had to use them quite a few times for our vehicles and they have always been wonderful and got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly highly recommend! You won’t be sorry!!!

Fantastic service from this towing company! I was in a tough spot with my car, and they arrived on time, handled everything professionally, and got my vehicle to the repair shop in no time. Lonnie made a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend this towing service for their efficiency and top-notch customer care!

My granddaughter just moved into apartment in Richmond 2week ago she was going to work in the morning and her car was gone she called police ,it was illegally towed by Lonny after hour towing in Lakemoor, Lonny towing claim she had the wrong parking pass on her car they demanded $300 for her to get the car back, The apartment manager told Lonny after hours towing that she has a valid pass ! Lonny’s towing still tried to get $300 from a young adult after they illegally took her car and made her wait 3 hours to get her car back they are scammers and rude they should be charged for stealing her car!!
