“I found them in 2018 when my 2004 Honda Pilot needed wheel bearing work done and I have been going ever since. The work they do is top quality, if they make a mistake they'll make it right without any hassle, they are not pushy with up selling, they genuinely listen to customer input on vehicle issues and they're great at customer communications. I've recommended this place to many people and those individuals have also had a good experience with Pro Autoworks. This place does better work then dealership I bought my last car from.”

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and efficient. I especially appreciated the app that provided real-time updates on my vehicle's progress. It gave me plenty of time to run over to nearby stores, grab a snack, and return right when my vehicle was ready.

“Ordered my wheels online and made an appointment but got delayed due to tire shipping delay. They called me the day before my appointment and were awesome to offer me a different tire thats available in the same tire tier as what i originally ordered and I agreed but they had to get it from another store so my appointment was delayed by a couple of hours. But as soon as I got there miraculously my tires that i originally ordered arrived so they installed it. I dont mind the delay but these people go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. They have my business!!!!”
“Terrific service. I had a transmission light pop up on my BMW 325i which set-off multiple warning lights on my dashboard. They did a transmission fluid flush and got the vehicle to work perfectly, even the multiple warning lights shut off afterwards. I've had other services performed as well by this shop but this one truly saved me a lot of money, my vehicle was essentially not drivable before I took it in for service.”
