I represented the Carroll County Senior Services Organization in the listing of a commercial building in downtown Mt. Carroll, Ill. Amy was professional from the start to the sale. She recommended the initial list price and recommended a reduced price when I called and the board felt it was time to reduce the price. Our building was in her ads in the paper numerous times. When we received the offer, she recommended an attorney to represent us. CCSSO is very satisfied with the effort Amy Barnes put in to sell our building.
