My 2015 Equinox lost its muffler over Labor Day weekend. I contacted South Side Automotive first thing Tuesday morning. By the time I arrived to drop off my keys, the replacement parts had already been ordered and the vehicle was ready mid-afternoon. The car sounded much better than before the problem arose. I highly recommend South Side Automotive for great service at a reasonable price.

James and the Southside Service team are some of the most helpful and solid people I have ever dealt with! I drove to IL from FL and had nothing but problems the whole way. James got me in quickly and worked on my car for 2 days without batting an eye. Then, when the repair couldn't be done (due to parts and a much larger undertaking than anyone was prepared for), James took more of his personal time looking for rentals, flights, and other suggestions so we could get back to FL. Thank you, Southside Service, you guys are the real deal!

We picked up a 20' Uhaul here. No issues.
The uhaul had 3000 miles on it. Got us back to Texass with no issues. Thanks

I had an issue with my 2010 ford f150 making a strange noise in the motor area when I turned on my truck and drove it so I called Jim and asked if I could bring it in for him to listen to the noise he found the problem turned out to be a broken pulley so he ordered the part and fixed it right away.I didn’t expect for it to be fixed right away but I was so grateful because it was unsafe to drive. I’ve always had great service and prices are reasonable there and they are friendly I will absolutely continue taking my truck there for service
