There is no customer service and no one in the company that can answer any questions unless you join their club you can't get any information about anything I would sooner go and have my teeth extracted than to call this company again

The local offices are close to the public. They are understaffed with drivers, so they miss stops frequently. Just ask Canadian National Railway and the Will County Emergency Center. If you wish to talk to someone you will be calling overseas. Good luck understanding them. You have to order weeks in advance to make sure you get a delivery. That is hit or miss. They also have the highest prices in the industry

When the customer service was handled locally it was a decent company to deal with. They have gone to a national center and I have wasted hours and hours on the phone trying to get a problem fixed. I have had horrible connections and hung up on while waiting to speak to supervisor. I am done, there are other companies with much better customer service and much lower prices. Amerigas between all of your excessive delivery fees and not having good customer service you lost a long time customer.

Horrible customer service, prepaid $500 on 9/30/20 told 10/7 delivery will be made, then it’s 10 business days so 10/14/20 Wednesday, but still none, they say tomorrow!? Wait a minute it’s past due, can I charge you for being late? I PREPAY CASH NO CREDITPOS company,cancelling & going to competition

This place provides nothing less than a negative customer experience. Our company ran out of propane & I have called them multiple times & they never sent anybody out to get our tanks filled. We will be cancelling our account here. We are moving to Airgas for our propane now and I will be sharing my story and recommending anybody else to do the same.

If you don't get to speak to Kathy at the Lansing office you might as well give up. The other customer service rep is useless. She overcharged my credit card by $70. When I asked for a refund on my credit card, she said she couldn't do it because my name isn't on the account. But you took my credit card for the sale. I can't wait to switch to Dibble or Heritage FS.

They gave me the run around with servicing and refilling my propane tank at my recently purchased mobile home because of the previous owner which had nothing to do with me. They told me they will not service my propane tank than they said they will services it in about 3 weeks than they just came pick up my propane tank without warning today. So if I had gas stove and dryer I would have been up the creek with no paddle but thank God everything is electric except my furnaces. So my daughter and myself is without heat in October because of bad business between AMERIGAS and my mobile home park.
