The young man who help me at the Lansing location was very nice and kind. He was very patient as well. He ran the store all by himself.

Where’s the professionalism? I drive to the store to make a payment. I arrived at 4:50pm. I pulled the doors and neither would open! I looked at the store hours posted on the door and the store should’ve still been open. The employee (not sure if he’s the same black man posted in another review) sat in a chair and waved his hands to say the store was closed! What??!! If your store hours are set, your store should stay open until that time. Period! Won’t be returning here. Ridiculous!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They need to fire every employee there. Especially the black guy that work there. After I complained that my trade in phone number wasn’t being ported over after I purchased a new Iphone 14. This dude told me why am I in this store crying about my phone and I could leave. We eventually almost came to blows!!The manager there the Latino woman and other black woman agreed with him and told me to leave the store after he disrespected me. He even said that acting stuff you do don’t make no money becauseI told them I needed to get the new Iphone 14 for auditions. I’ll never visit there again and I will go to corporate because it definitely could’ve escalated!! I will also inform everyone I know never to go to that store. At&t corporate and Prime Comminications will know about this!! Also Facebook n instagram. It will be shared. This is terrible customer service. I worked for AT&T 12 years!!!

Margali is a real asset to ATT. I have an old Galaxy 6 phone, but she looked on google and helped me find the correct charging cable I needed. She wrote it on a piece of paper for me although she did not sell this type any longer. She speaks two language and has a true customer service heart.

Horrible everytime ibgo into a at&t the worst customer service ever. They need more training. Why would I pay off a $ 375 device in a store and still have to call the loyalty department . To be given the run around.
