They really tried to scam me out of an extra $200!!!
I use to have good experiences here but yesterday my husband and I went in to upgrade his phone. We already did our research and knew what we wanted. The razor for $100 upgrade that we were offered at a different boost location. When we tried to upgrade and asked about the razor (since no phones have prices listed like the other boost location ) and she told us $300! She tried to convince us to get a different phone and when we didn't agree on the price my husband and I walked and then she said "we can negotiate the price" at that point we weren't feeling it, even while we're walking out the door she followed & she kept dropping the price. Disgusting trying to take advantage of people in need. We've been without power because of the tornado and needed an upgrade, took my money to boost on Sibley and state line and the upgrade was $100.

Aisha was very helpful, quick, and pleasant. I was able to start my new service and she activated the phone before I left, making everything a little easier for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes, which was great since I have 2 small children. I really appreciated the promptness and willingness to get me what I needed in a timely manner. Price was great too!

Great experience today, if you have to go to a boost I definitely recommend this one. Ask for Saad (S-Ah-d) he was legendary in breaking everything down for me and simplifying hard concepts. Even looked out and helped me spend less. Thank You!
