I was someone who would come to this shop on and off for the last 5 years and honestly its gone down. The nail techs i’m used to working with left. Pedicure chairs are broken. They dont clean/sanitize anything. My nail tech today cut my finger on accident and laughed. (He used to just be someone who did pedicures but now he’s doing acrylics etc). The pedicure girl that was sitting next to him couldnt stop laughing which made it super unprofessional. And with yall speaking another language on top of a mistake never “i’m sorry ma’am.” I bled and he never sanitized the drill that i bled on afterwards. I stopped the service there and polished the nails when i got home. I won’t be back. I spent $180 on my nails and my daughters.

I had a very disappointing experience with Nancy. She did not pay attention to how I asked for my nails to be done, and when I tried to correct her work, she became visibly frustrated and unprofessional. Every time I gave feedback, she sighed and acted annoyed—on a service I am paying for.
She also told me that “next time you have to book,” which felt dismissive, especially since this salon has always accepted walk-ins. To make matters worse, she left my nails unfinished and then tried to blame me by saying I wasn’t specific enough, even though I had gone through my inspiration picture with her in detail. Also, if you can’t do a specific nail design, then why agree to it in the first place? It’s better to be honest upfront than to waste the client’s time and money with unsatisfied work.
This was an unprofessional experience, and I expected much better as a long time customer.

I had a really bad experience at this salon. I wish I knew the guy’s name but during my fill in service he did a rushed bad job, seems as though he was irritated, and my nails were literally burning. I ended up with nail fungus.

The absolute BEST nail salon hands down!!! Vivian & Kevin are AMAZING!!! Any idea I come with she executes it to PERFECTION!!! Can’t wait until it’s time for a full just so I can come back again!!
