Been a loyal customer for apprx. 4yrs. Their customer service is TERRIBLE since Rafael left. I only go back for service because I have warranties on parts that they’ve “fixed”. Even though I truly don’t believe they attempt to fix anything anymore because I keep going back for same issues. I’ve had everything under the sun fixed, per their recommendations, and my car still does not drive as if any of those recommendations were necessary and/or as if the work recommended was the root of the problem. They do not move with efficiency and will try to keep your car overnight without telling you. They also do not call to update you on any service needed or eta of work being completed on your vehicle. In the past, they did all of that and worked to find the most affordable parts for your car, but now they don’t. They may also fix minor issues on your car without your knowledge and TRY to make you pay for it when you pick up your vehicle . Overall, the “convenience” of this shop is not worth the hassle or having to interact with the personnel there. You’re better off going to Firestone tbh, their prices are almost identical and ATLEAST at Firestone you’ll get a real print out of parts/labor /warranties that you purchased.

Great shop and great guys. We had them work on many cars and they are always on point. Jim and the guys are always willing to go the extra mile so don't hesitate to let them do for on your vehicle.

So good I had to come back for a 2nd review. Bill and Rafael. Great customer service. I had an issue with my son's car. He went to a repair shop near his school - charged him money - but didn't fix the issue. I took it to C.A.R. Very honest people. I trust them completely with any car issues I have. Very accommodating. They will always be my families go to for any car repairs.

Amazing service here. We were driving from NC to WI when our car started dying on I-94. After getting the car to a nearby hotel, I called these guys at 9am the next morning. Despite being very busy, they were able to source and fit a new alternator, and we were back on the road by mid-afternoon. I could not have asked for more - friendly service, fair pricing and a very speedy turnaround. I would give them more than five stars if I could.

This place messed up my car so bad . The mechanic Raphael who was in charge of fixing my car . I knew something was fishy when they took 3 weeks to replace a broken steering column on my car . The day before I came to pick up my car Raphael informed me that somehow my clockspring for my airbags was broken and that it will be an additional $391 for them to replace it . Upon picking up my car I noticed that my car key remote and remote start was not working , my wheel alignment was off , and my car horn no longer worked . I contacted my attorney and have been trying to get in contact with the owner but it’s impossible . DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR! The reviews Are fake !

Please do not allow this shop to fix your car ! I took my car in last month to fix a broken steering column which took three weeks for them to fix . Raphael is whom I was corresponding with is a crook and scam artist ! the day before I picked up my car Raphael called me and informed me that somehow the clockspring for my airbags was broken and that it will be an additional $391 for them to replace it . upon picking up my car I noticed that the car remote no longer worked , my car horn no longer worked , I needed a wheel alignment and other issues as well. instead of offering to fix the damages his shop caused , raphael tried to charge me for it . i have been in contact with my lawyer and will be filing a claim against this shop. Do not let these people fix your car! You will be left with more repairs
