my friend that went with me got a pedicure and got her toe infected they need to do a better job at disinfecting the tools and everything they use I'm super disappointed I love the massage and super nice but this is unacceptable

Broke a nail bad over the holiday weekend and needed it fixed bc it was painful. They were the only salon I found open in a 50 mile radius and I was in town visiting, as in I'm not from Chicago, and lots were listed open that I drove to and were not.
They not only fixed the nail but I got a brand new dipped set on my natural nails that looked better than my original set I came in with that wasn't even 2 weeks old.
They closed at 6 and I arrived at 520 and left at 615 so they were also.faster than my home salon too.

This was my first and last time here. Place looks like a dump things all over the place. They use the same scubbers,cleaners,clippers. The lady who did my pedi cut my big toe. She laughed it off and said did that hurt. Now for my full set no chip it looks like a 5 yr old did it. These ladies have no knowledge in nails my feet and toes are so ugly I wanna rip my nails off. Nails are uneven, she didn't file them so it's scratching. The acrylic is so uneven and bumpy. The color she only did 1 and a half coat so u can see through my nails. If u go here I warned you. Not a good business.

Excellent service. I was going out of town and the ladies all were diligently on me. I received a great manicure, pedicure and foot massage.

If i could give them no stars. I would. The owner, manager and staff are very rude. I went in at 5 pm today 1-22-24 to get a full set. The owner or manager, Was rude turned me away, told me “we dont have time for it.” I was shocked because i go there all the time, he’s even done my nails before i tip good. I was very offended and even on lookers looked on in disbelief. At how i was being treated, i will never go back there again. Even then i did not make a scene i just left because it doesnt take 3 hrs to do a full set. There was no” im sorry we are currently full, but please Come back tomorrow, just we cant take you, and continued working like im not standing there looking shocked never again will i go back there. I’ll go to city nails or max nails first.

I’m an every 2weeks type of person and I enjoyed my 1st experience here. The guy took his time and gave me the best nail lay I’ve had in a while he wasn’t the best polisher but he was amazing. Now let’s talk about the pedicure lady omg horrible cold water and because I refused no chip polish and I only wanted a basic pedi she treated me accordingly. My 2nd time was NYE, they gave me a nice gift and the lady that did my nails was ok but again the person doing the pedicure was horrible I did get designs and she designed like what my 2yr old would do. I’m gonna come back for the sake of the guy and his work but that lady can’t touch my feet again ever? this picture was what I saw when I got home mind you I had time to dry and the lady doing my nails put the top coat on my feet so my fault for trusting them and not looking at it myself before walking out

They take no pride in there service!!! I was not satisfied with my pedicure!! I showed the tech my unfinished heels and nails and her response was i need additional service!!! This was not my first pedicure!!!! I know how my feet show look!!! Maybe next time they'll treat the customer like their cigarette breaks!!!
